How To make Ham Balls with Hawaiian Punch Sauce
HAM BALLS:
1/2 lb Ham, ground
3/4 lb Pork, ground
2/3 c Quick oats
1 Egg, beaten
1/2 c Milk
SAUCE:
1/3 c Brown sugar
2 tb Flour
1 tb Dry mustard
2/3 c Hawaiian Punch
2 tb Vinegar
6 Cloves, whole
1/3 c Dark corn syrup
Ham balls: Preheat oven to 350?F. Combine all ingredients and shape into 1-inch balls. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake about 20 minutes, or
until browned. Sauce: In sauce pan, combine brown sugar, flour and mustard, mixing well. Add punch and vinegar and mix well. Add cloves and corn syrup. Over medium heat cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and becomes clear. In chafing dish or crock pot, place ham balls and pour sauce over. Serve with toothpicks. The ham recipe can be shaped into a loaf and served as a main course with the sauce placed over the loaf about 15 minutes before it has finished cooking (1 hour at 350?F) with extra sauce on the side. This has been a family favorite for years.

BEST-EVER SPAM MUSUBI | Hawaiian family recipe for the iconic local-style snack!
Whether you're in Hawaii or on the mainland, my mom – who was born & raised in Honolulu – makes the BEST Homemade Spam Musubi, & this is her recipe.
In our opinion, there are 2 key secrets to making the best spam musubi:
1. Nail the ratio of spam & rice: These 2 components need the perfect balance, & we'll walk you through exactly what we do to create it.
2. Make an awesome spam musubi sauce: Mom’s is a simple teriyaki-style sauce made with a couple of pantry ingredients. When you pan-fry it with spam, it turns into a gloriously glossy & thick glaze.
While nothing beats a warm spam musubi on a beach in Hawaii, I think Mom’s spam musubi is the next best thing. I hope you love it as much as my family does! ♡
