Ham BBQ
This is my mom’s Ham BBQ recipe that I ate all the time growing up. This recipe is easy, requires ingredients that you most likely have on hand already, and takes only 10 minutes to prepare!
Ham BBQ
1 c. ketchup
½ c. water
2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. yellow mustard
3 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 lb. chipped ham
Hamburger buns (hotdog buns, sandwich bread, or Hawaiian rolls would work great, too!)
Pour all ingredients except ham into a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil, then immediately reduce heat to low and simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the ham and stir using a fork to separate the meat and coat every piece in the sauce. Heat through 2-3 minutes. Serve on hamburger buns. Enjoy!
Music by my talented husband!
