Today we used a mixture of potatoes along with sweet succulent ham cubes to make a very delicious and Crispy Ham and Potatoes Hash Recipe. This is a great One Pot Meal to try when you don't want to be in the kitchen too long. The ingredients is very straight forward so you can follow along with the video.

Recipe - Ham, Egg and Potato Skillet Supper
INGREDIENTS:
●2 tablespoons margarine or butter
●1 cup refrigerated diced potatoes with onions (from 1 lb. 4-oz. pkg.)
●1 cup frozen cut broccoli, thawed
●1/2 cup cooked ham strips (2x1/4x1/4 inches)
●4 eggs
●1 tablespoon milk
●1/4 teaspoon peppered seasoned salt

Hey folks! Today I made a delicious pan of saute potatoes :) or pan fried potatoes! This isn’t really a recipe as the quantities and seasonings you use can be completely changed and adapted to what you like :) But I’ve listed what I used in the video below.

What I used - Serves 3-4 people
4-5 Medium/Large potatoes - I used King Edwards
1 Small/Medium onion - Halved and sliced
2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
2 Tablespoons butter
2 Tablespoons boiling water
Seasonings -
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white pepper
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp sage
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
** bacon could be added with the onions for a tasty twist**

Skillet Scalloped Potatoes

Total: 45 min
Active: 35 min
Yield: 4 to 6 servings
Ingredients
2 tablespoons salted butter
6 to 7 medium Yukon gold potatoes, sliced thin
1 medium onion, sliced thin
3 cloves garlic, sliced
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 cup heavy cream
3 ounces sliced ham
2 cups shredded mild Cheddar
Sour cream, for serving
Sliced green onions, for garnish
Directions
Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. When the butter has melted, add the potatoes, onion and garlic. Stir and cook until the potatoes and onions begin to soften, 6 to 7 minutes. Season with a good pinch of salt and pepper. Add the cream, then bring to a low simmer and cover. Cook until the potatoes are cooked through, another 6 to 8 minutes.
Meanwhile, set the oven to broil and move the rack to the center.
Remove the lid from the skillet and sprinkle the ham over the top followed by the cheese. Place the skillet under the broiler and watch until the cheese is melted and brown, about 5 minutes.
Garnish with the sour cream and green onions.
