Breakfast Casserole
Everything you love about breakfast in one easy and delicious casserole. Perfect for Thanksgiving and Christmas morning or whenever you have company over. Pop it in the oven when you get up and you are good to go.

???????????? BREAKFAST CASSEROLE
1 lb bulk sage pork sausage
1 cup green bell pepper, chopped
1 cup red bell pepper, chopped
10 eggs
2 cups whole milk
¼ tsp ground black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
3 cups frozen country style hash browns
1 cup French’s crispy fried onions
8 oz cheddar cheese
hot sauce, optional
Bake at 350 F or 177 C uncovered for 40 minutes. Then cover with foil and bake 10 more minutes.
*Be sure to let the casserole sit out at least 20-30 minutes before baking because the sudden changes in temperature may cause the dish to shatter or break.

In this video I'll show you how to make a simple but amazing family dinner recipe. Hamburger hash brown casserole is one of our all time favorite dinners. You can add any kind of vegetable to make it a complete meal.
⭐️ Ingredients:
Ground Beef, Browned and Drained
Onion, chopped
Shredded Hash Brown Potatoes (32 oz bag), thawed
Cream of Mushroom Soup – Or cream of chicken soup
Milk
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Pepper

⭐️ How to Make Hamburger Casserole with Hash browns:
Prepare oven – Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Then spray a 9 X 13 baking dish with a non stick cooking spray or olive oil.
Cook Ground Beef – Brown the ground beef over medium high heat and drain off any excess grease.
Mix Ingredients – In a large bowl, stir together the browned hamburger meat and thawed hash browns. Then add in chopped onions, milk, cream of mushroom soup, pepper and ½ cups of the cheese.

2 Tablespoons (30 ml) oil , divided
1/2 onion , minced
1 bell pepper , seeded & diced
1/2 pound (227 g) uncooked breakfast sausage
1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) onion powder
1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) salt
1/4 teaspoon (1.25 ml) black pepper
1 cup (113 g) shredded cheddar cheese , divided
1 cup (240 ml) milk
5 large eggs

Quiche recipe - no crust
Michelle Quiche - no 2 are alike is different
ratio of basic ingredients:
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1/3 cup shredded cheese
1/2 cup total of meat (cooked) & vegetables
Meats:
Bacon, ham, sausage, pepperoni, ground beef, shredded beef, chicken, or pork would all work. Meat should be cooked prior to adding to egg mixture.
Vegetables:
Onion, peppers, mushrooms, broccoli, shredded carrots, spinach, asparagus, tomatoes (be sure to drain excess liquid), zucchini, yellow squash, potatoes, or whatever you like.
Crust:
My preference is to not use a pie crust but traditional quiche has a crust. I like to use hash brown potatoes as a crust. If you use hash browns, be sure to bake them for about 20 minutes before adding the egg mixture.
For a standard 8 inch pie pan:
3 egg
3/4 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheese
1 1/2 cup total of meat & vegetables
1 teaspoon pepper seasoning
1 pie 8 crust
Preheat oven to 375F.
Mix eggs and milk. Add seasoning.
Dice up vegetables and add to egg mixture.
Chop up cooked meat and add to mixture.
Poor mixture into the pie crust. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Center should be firm and inserted knife should come out clean. Let it rest a couple minutes before cutting.
The quiche I made was twice as big as the above recipe. I used a 9 inch deep dish pie pan. It took 50 minutes to cook completely.
