How To make Hamburger Pacific
2 tb Cooking oil
2 lb Ground beef
1 md Chopped onion
1/4 t Garlic powder or
Minced garlic clove 2 ts Salt
2 ts Pepper
10 oz Sliced mushrooms, drained
10 oz Cream of tomato soup
14 oz Cream corn
2 c Fresh chop suey vegetables
3 c Cooked noodles
Paprika Heat oil in frying pan. Add next 5 ingredients. Saute until no trace of pink remains in meat. Turn off heat. Drain and discard fat. Add mushrooms, soup and corn to meat. Stir. Empty in 2 quart casserole. Spread chop suey vegetables over meat mixture. Prepare noodles as directed on package. Drain. Arrange over vegetables. Sprinkle with Paprika for colour. Cover. Full Recipe:
Ingredients
• 1-2 cans of corn beef
• 1 can of palusami
• fry bread rolls
• 1 large onion sliced
• 1-2 tomatoes sliced
• lettuce
• salt and pepper to season
• Condiments of your choice , tomato sauce & mayonnaise (optional)
Steps
• Open the corn beef and palusami cans
• In a frying pan, cook the palusami and corn beef until it's warmed up well.
• Brown the sliced onions in a different frying pan until it's translucent and cooked well.
• Season it well with salt and pepper.
• Cut the fry bread rolls and start assembling the burgers
• Start with a spread of palusami, then follow by corn beef, onions, tomatoes and lettuce
• (Optional) Add condiments of your choice eg: tomato sauce, & mayonnaise.

Pacific Greens Crispy Burger with Mexican Street Corn Salad with Chipotle Dressing
Salads are one of the easiest things to prepare when you don’t feel like cooking up a storm.
Top it up with Pacific Greens Plant-based Crispy Burger and you’re all set to go! Here’s a recipe to enjoy.
Crispy Burger with Mexican Corn Street Salad with Chipotle Dressing
Ingredients:
2 patties of Pacific Greens Plant-based Crispy Burger
50g corn
50g red bell pepper
1 avocado
50g firm tofu
10g fresh cilantro
Red pepper flakes (optional)
Chipotle dressing made with
- ½ cup vegan mayonnaise
- 20ml chipotle sauce
- 2 teaspoons cumin powder
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika powder
Instructions:
1.Slice the red bell pepper and dice the avocado. Roughly chop the fresh cilantro.
2.Roast the corn over a flame (optional) then slice away from the kernel.
3.Combine the corn, red bell pepper, tofu and avocado in a bowl.
4.Mix the vegan mayonnaise, smoked paprika powder, cumin powder, and the chipotle sauce and whisk until well combined. Season with salt and pepper, then pour the dressing over the corn salad.
5.Stir in the chopped fresh cilantro and season the corn salad with red pepper flakes (optional).
6.Cook the Crispy burger as per instructions on the packaging and serve as per video.
For this dish, do serve immediately. You may store any leftovers in the fridge, but keep in mind that the corn salad can’t be kept too long.

This is the story of a young man named Taiki, who spends 6 hours every day making 4 burgers for a very exclusive list of people to eat. Yes, he spends more than 1 hour to hand-craft each burger from scratch - every little detail to perfection!
Taiki was introduced to burgers when he was living in Washington State a few summers ago. When he returned to Bangkok, he realized there weren't any good burger joints in town -- so he built up the courage to do it all himself.
This is one of my favorite videos I've ever made. I have a pretty good feeling that his future restaurant of Homeburg will be famous someday very soon. This video is only the start!!
Side note to this video, I met Taiki because his kitchen just happens to be in the same building of my co-working space where I eat lunch every day. I always see him working his a** off every day cooking burgers, so I approached him only to discover his inspiring story. What a guy!
