McDonalds Breakfast Burrito at Home | But Healthier
An Anabolic Breakfast Burrito fron McDonalds has not been done yet. McDonalds Breakfast is a classic for many and their sausage burrito with the packet of picante sauce is one of their all day breakfast options. I decided to make an anabolic sausage burrito, but in Joshua Weissman fashion. His but better series is amazing. I will provide both better AND HEALTHIER in my series. In just about 20 minutes you can pull into NickDonalds Drive Thru and have 10 sausage breakfast burritos ready to go.
Lets head to the anabolic laboratory where we start a new series BUT HEALTHIER.

Anabolic REUBEN + HOMEMADE Russian Dressing under 500 calories and in LESS than 15 minutes
The Reuben Sandwich with a heaping serving of Russian Dressing is a classic during St. Patricks Day. In 2021, I wanted to come to the Anabolic Kitchen and show a lower calorie version that can be whipped up in less than 15 minutes that is absolutely delicious. From the Corned Beef, to the Pastrami, to the Sauerkraut, to the Russian Dressing and Rye Bread; EVERYTHING is delicious. If you want a quick and easy Reuben Sandwich then step into the anabolic laboratory and lets get into it.

효민맘이 고추잡채?를 만들어서 꽃빵에 싸서 먹어보고싶다며
한번 만들어서 먹자고 해서, 농협식자재마트에서 식재료들 장을 봤어요
효민맘이 좋아하는 연어도 사서 야채넣고 돌돌 말아서
함께 먹어 봤습니다 ㅎㅎ
어제 티비 예능프로그램에서 솔의눈 음료수와 소주를 섞어서
마시는 걸 보고 맛이 궁금해져서,
솔의눈 음료수넣고 하이볼? 인가 뭐시긴가 하는
칵테일 같은 것도 만들어 먹어봤느데요!
이거 진짜 특이하면서도 맛있더라구요 ㅎㅎ
조리하는동안 효민이가 체험용으로 받은 학습기기로
공부하고 있었는데, 유치원 다녀와서 많이 피곤했는지
밥먹을때 많이 졸려하더라구요 ㅎㅎ
그래도 맛있었는지 잘 먹어서 너무 기분 좋았습니다 ㅎㅎ

ABG Neal Chefs Up a Deli Style Chopped Cheese | Follow My Recipe™

Ingredients:
1. Cooking Oil
2. Hamburger Patty
3. True American Cheese
4. Sazon Seasoning
5. Adobo Seasoning
6. Salt
7. Pepper
8. Coco Bread
9. Ketchup
10. Mayo
Steps
1. Make sure stove is on
2. Put oil in pan
3. Let oil stir around entire pan
4. Add splashes of water
5. Place hamburger patty in oiled pan
6. Once patty starts turning color, you flip and add seasonings
7. Add Sazon
8. Add Adobo
9. Add Salt
10. Add Pepper
11. Flip and season otherside of patty
12. Take hit from blunt/Joint while seasoning sits
13. Chop patty into little pieces
14. Add two layers of cheese (recommended amount)
15. Open and slide coco bread
16. While cheese is melting place coco bread in pan for short amount of time to toast bread
17. Remove bread from pan, place meat and cheese inside coco bread
18. Add Ketchup and Mayo
19. Enjoy a NY Style Chopped Cheese

1. Chop Onions
2. Chop Jalapeños
3. Crack 4 Eggs
4. Add Garlic Powder, Salt & Black Pepper to Eggs
5. Whisk Eggs
6. Add Butter to pan and add Eggs
7. Flip Omelette
8. Add Ham, Cheese, Onions & Jalapeños
