How To make Heavenly Belgian Waffles
1 3/4 c Flour
1 tb Baking powder
2 tb Malted-milk powder
2 Egg yolks
1 3/4 c Milk
1/2 c Cooking oil or melted
-shortening 2 Egg whites
Ice cream
FRUIT PECAN SAUCE:
4 sm Ripe bananas
Lemon juice 1 pt Strawberries -- fresh or
-thawed, frozen, -unsweetened 2/3 c Sugar, brown
1/3 c Butter or margarine
2 tb Rum or orange juice
1/2 c Broken, toasted pecans
In a large mixing bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder and malted-milk powder. In a medium mixing bowl, beat the egg yolks. Beat in the milk and cooking oil or shortening. Add to the flour mixture all at once, stirring till blended but still slightly lumpy. In a small mixer bowl, beat egg whites till stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the egg-flour mixture, leaving a few fluffs of egg white. Do not overmix. Bake waffles in Belgian waffle-maker or regular waffle-maker according to manufacturer's directions. (To keep waffles hot for serving, place in a single layer on a wire rack on a baking sheet in a warm oven.) Prepare Fruit-Pecan Sauce. Serve waffles topped with ice cream and warm Fruit-Pecan Sauce. Fruit-Pecan Sauce: Peel bananas, cut in half lengthwise, then cut crosswise into thirds. Brush with lemon juice. Halve the strawberries. In a large skillet, heat brown sugar and butter or margarine over medium heat till the mixture melts, stirring occasionally. Add the bananas and strawberries; cook, uncovered, till bananas are heated through, turning once. Stir in rum or orange juice, then the pecans. Note: For a quick variation, sprinkle each waffle with 1 Tbsp chopped nuts; crumbled, crisp-cooked bacon; or

*Ingredients:*
✰ 1 zucchini, grated, drained, dried (170g)
✰ 2 large eggs
✰ 3 tbsp honey
✰ 1 tsp vanilla extract
✰ 1 ½ cups milk (380ml)
✰ ½ cup vegetable oil (105g)
✰ 2 ¼ cups all purpose flour (270g)
✰ 1 tsp baking powder
✰ 1 tsp cinnamon
✰ ½ tsp salt
*Directions:*
1. Grate 1 zucchini and squeeze out the water with a towel. Spread out on a paper towel and put it in the fridge until needed.
2. Preheat the waffle iron.
3. Beat eggs and honey until fluffy. Add milk, oil, and vanilla. Mix until combined.
4. Sift flour, cinnamon, and baking powder into the egg mixture. Add salt and whisk.
5. Fold in zucchini.
6. Pour into the waffle maker. Follow cooking instructions for your waffle maker.
*Tips:*
✰ No zucchini? No problem. Simply remove the zucchini and add ¼ cup more of milk or water.
✰ Freeze the waffles after they cool down for freshness. Toast it when you’re ready to eat.
✰ You can omit cinnamon, or add more!
✰ Follow the cooking instructions of your waffle iron.

Simple recipe for large sweet Belgian waffles
The smell of freshly baked waffles lifts everyone's mood. The Belgian waffles become really nice crispy after this recipe and warm just heavenly delicious. You can serve them with different toppings, such as berries, cream, yogurt or powdered sugar.
???? Servings:
6 persons
???? Ingredients:
300 g butter, soft
250 g sugar
5 eggs
300 g flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
???? Instructions:
Place softened butter in the mixing bowl of the food processor.
Add sugar, eggs, flour and baking powder.
Mix everything into a smooth plump batter with a nice thick consistency.
Preheat the waffle iron.
Pour the waffle batter into the iron.
Bake the waffles for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from the waffle iron with a wooden spatula, place on the cake rack and serve immediately.
Tip
Belgian waffles can be served with berries, cream or powdered sugar.
This batter will make about 6-8 large waffles.

Hey guys, welcome back to another one of my quick and easy recipes! Today I wanted to share with you this incredible recipe for gingerbread waffles with a banana sauce. They are delicious, moist, tender... Everything you want in a perfect breakfast!
Ingredients for waffles:
2 cups all purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon each; cinnamon
allspice
nutmeg
ground ginger
3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup molasses
1/3 cup oil
Sift together dry ingredients. Beat the eggwhite in a seperate bowl until firm peaks form. Beat eggyolks, molasses and milk and oil. Fold everything together with the dry ingredients.
Banana sauce:
2 ripe bananas
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup whipping cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Crush the bananas and put them through a sieve; add the lemon juice and mix together. Add the cream and beat hard with a whisk.
Add the vanilla and sugar and continue to whip until consistency is of thick cream. Enjoy!
