About 1 cub of shredded left-over chicken, 3 tbsp butter, 3 tbsp flour (almond flour if you're looking to go gluten-free), 2 cups chicken broth, 1.5 tsp Season Salt and 1 tsp Rustic Herb Seasoning (only guaranteed through March 15 - hurry to stock up before it's gone!).
Make a roué with the butter & flour, then add the chicken broth over very high heat stirring constantly until it thickens. Lower temp, add chicken and seasonings. Pour over pasta of choice. Voila - dinner is served!
