How To make Homemade Cream Liqueurs
HOMEMADE CREAM LIQUEUR:
1 cn 14 oz Eagle Brand CONDENSED
SWEETENED Milk (Not evaporated milk) 1 1/4 c Flavored liqueur (almond,
Coffee, orange or mint) 1 c Whipping cream or coffee
Cream (1/2 PINT) 4 Eggs *
IRISH CREAM LIQUEUR:
1 1/4 c Or up to 1 3/4 cups Irish
Whiskey,or brandy, rum, rye Whiskey, bourbon, scotch 1 14 oz can Eagle Brand
SWEETENED CONDENSED milk (not evaporated milk) 1 c Whipping cream or coffee
Cream (1/2 PINT) 4 Eggs *
2 tb Chocolate flavored syrup
2 ts Instant coffee
1 ts Vanilla extract
1/2 ts Almond extract.
In blender container, combine all ingredients, blend until smooth. Store tightly covered in refrigerator up to one month. Stir before serving * Use only Grade A clean, uncracked eggs. Eagle Brand Quick & Easy Typed by Dale/Gail Shipp

Simple Spiced Rum
2 cups golden rum
¼ vanilla bean, split in half
1 cinnamon stick
1 star anise
2 cloves
2 allspice
orange zest
1. Bottle all of the ingredients.
2. Allow them to infuse for 2-3 days before serving.
3. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 months.
Pumpkin Spice Liqueur
2 cups water
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup pumpkin puree
2 cinnamon sticks
1 slice fresh ginger
5 cloves
½ tsp grated nutmeg
1 vanilla bean, split lengthwise
2 cups rum or brandy
1. In a medium saucepan combine water and sugar.
2. Heat over medium high, whisking constantly, until the sugar is dissolved.
3. Add pumpkin, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves and vanilla.
4. Simmer over low heat for approximately 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Strain mixture through fine cheesecloth to remove pulp.
6. Add rum or brandy and stir to combine.
7. Allow mixture to cool before packaging.
8. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 months.
9. Enjoy!
Irish Cream Liqueur
2 cups Silk Coconut
½ cup strong coffee, cooled
2 tsp cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
2-4 tbsp maple syrup or agave nectar
¼ cup Irish whiskey
1. In a large bowl whisk all ingredients together until they completely combined.
2. Transfer to a decorative carafe and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
3. Serve over ice, in coffee or poured over vanilla ice cream for an amazing dessert!
4. Enjoy!

1 750ml bottle Irish whiskey
2 14oz/415ml cans of condensed milk
1/2c/120mls of heavy cream
3 tblspn/45mls honey
3 tblspn/45mls vanilla extract
2 tblspn/12g unsweetened cacao/cocoa powder
2 packets instant coffee
Blend blend blend, bottle, refrigerate, and serve over ice.
