How To make Hot 'N Spicy Salad Sizzler
4 Bacon sliced, diced
1/3 c Pace Picante Sauce
1/4 c Red wine vinegar
2 ts Sugar
Cook bacon in skillet until crisp. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Drizzle hot dressing over spinach salads or sliced tomatoes just before serving. Makes about 1/2 cup.

Recipe :
12 no - Onion
Make thin Slices .
Take a Big Bowl and Filled With Chilled Water + Ice Cubes then
Put Onion Slices and Keep for atleast 15-20 min and Keep aside
1. Vinegar Onion Salad
Take a Bowl and add
1 no - Beetroot Grated
1/2 Cup - Chilled Water
1/4 Cup - Vinegar
1 no - Cinnamon
4 no - Clove
1 tbsp - Sugar Powder
1 tsp - Salt
Mix and Put 3 no. onion Slices from above
Add
2 no - Green Chilli
Mix and Soak for 5-6 Hours in Fridge and Serve
Chutney:
100 gm (Bunch) - Coriander With Stem
Take Ice Water in a Bowl and add
25 gm - Mint Leaves
Keep for 10 min
Take a Mixie Jar and add
Coriander and Mint
4 no - Spicy Chilli
2 no - Less Spicy Chilli
2 inch - Ginger
1/4 Cup - Barik Sev
3 no - Ice Cube
1 no - Lemon Juice
1 tsp - Salt
1 tsp - Black Salt
Grind a Paste and Make thick Chutney
From Chutney We Make 2 Salad
Take a Bowl and add
1/2 Cup - Curd ( Hung )
Whisk properly
2 tbsp - Above Green Chutney
1/2 tsp - Black Salt
1/4 tsp - Salt
1/2 tsp - Chaat Masala
1/4 tsp - Roasted Cumin Powder
Mix and Keep aside
2. Chatpata Salad
1 tbsp - Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp - Chaat Masala
1 tsp - Black Salt
1/2 tsp - Roasted Cumin Powder
Mix Properly and Keep aside
Take a Big Bowl and add
3 no. - Onion Slice From above
2 tbsp - Above Masala
2 tbsp - Coriander Leaves Chopped
2 tbsp - Green Chillies Chopped
1 no - Lemon Juice
Mix Properly and Serve
3. Chutney Salad
Take a Bowl and add
3 no - Onion Slice From Above
2 tbsp - Green Chutney from above
1 tbsp - Coriander Leaves Chopped
Mix Properly and Serve
4. Curd Chutney Salad
Take a Bowl and add above Curd Chutney Prepared and add
3 no - Onion Slice From above

VEGETABLES IN HOT GARLIC SAUCE
Preparation time : 15 minutes
Cooking time : 25-30 minutes
Servings : 2
Ingredients
2 tbsp Oil (तेल)
6-8 cloves Garlic - chopped (लहसुन)
2-3 Dry Red Chillies (सुखी लाल मिर्च)
½ medium Cauliflower - small florets (फूलगोभी)
1 medium Carrot - chopped (गाजर)
4-5 Mushroom - cut in 4 piece (मशरूम)
1 tsp Soya Sauce (सोया सॉस)
2 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce (रेड चिली सॉस)
Water (पानी)
Salt to taste (नमक स्वादानुसार)
¼ medium Red Bell Pepper - diced (रेड बेल पेपर)
¼ medium Yellow Bell Pepper - diced (यैलो बेल पेपर)
¼ medium Green Bell Pepper - diced (ग्रीन बेल पेपर)
1 medium Onion - diced (प्याज़)
4-5 French Beans - chopped (फ्रेंच बींस)
⅓ cup Corn-Starch Slurry (कॉर्न स्टार्च का लिजाम)
For Garnish
1 tsp Sesame Oil (तिल का तेल)
Fresh Spring Onion (प्याज़ पत्ता)
Process
In a wok heat oil and add garlic, saute it until light golden brown then add dry red chillies.
Now add the cauliflower, carrot, mushroom and saute for a minute.
Then add soya sauce, red chilli sauce and it with the vegetables for a minute.
Add water, salt and bring it to a boil and then add red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, green bell pepper, onion, french beans and cook them all for 3-4 minutes.
Then add the corn-starch slurry and adjust the consistency.
Switch off the flames and serve hot in a serving bowl and garnish with sesame oil and spring onion.
