Buffalo Chicken Wings
You'll love these, I promise. It'll be the best fried chicken you've ever had.
Ingredients:
6 chicken drums/wings
2 cups buttermilk
2 cups pickle juice
2/3 cup hot sauce
1 stick butter
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1.5 tbsp white vinegar
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Truffle salt (to taste)
Cayenne pepper (to taste)
Garlic powder (to taste)
1.5 cups potato starch
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp truffle salt
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp chili powder
Pepper (to taste)
1. Brine wings in buttermilk and pickle juice for 30 minutes.
2. Combine hot sauce, butter, mayo, vinegar, Worcestershire, truffle salt, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder in a small pot over medium heat until well combined.
3. In a medium bowl, combine potato starch, garlic powder, truffle salt, onion powder, chili powder, and fresh cracked pepper. Whisk to combine.
4. Dredge wings in potato starch mixture and tap off excess.
5. Fry wings at 325 Fahrenheit for 5-6 minutes or well cooked.
6. Heat oil to 375 Fahrenheit, then fry again a few minutes until golden brown.
7. Toss in buffalo sauce and enjoy. I dip mine in a combo of ranch and blue cheese, which is weird, but they're also perfect without added sauce.

-Chicken wings with skin 750g
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) ½ tbs
-Maida (Al-purpose flour) 1 & ½ Cup
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Cooking oil for frying
Prepare Spicy BBQ Sauce:
-Hot sauce 5 tbs
-Tomato ketchup 4 tbs
-Brown sugar powdered 2 tbs
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Soy sauce 2 tbs
-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 & ½ tbs
Directions:
-In a bowl,add chicken wings,red chilli powder,salt,paprika powder,ginger garlic paste & mix well,cover & marinate for 15 minutes.
-In a dish,add all-purpose flour,red chilli powder,salt & mix well.
-Now coat marinated chicken wings with dry flour mixture.
-In a wok,heat cooking oil & deep fry chicken wings on medium low flame until golden brown & crispy.
Prepare Spicy BBQ Sauce:
-In a wok,add hot sauce,tomato ketchup,brown sugar,salt,paprika powder,red chilli crushed,soy sauce,vinegar & mix well.
-Turn on the flame & cook for a minute.
-Add fried chicken wings,mix well & cook for a minute & serve!

-Ab marinated chicken wings ko dry flour mixture mein coat ker lein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur chicken wings ko darmiyani halki ancch per golden brown & crispy ho janay tak fry ker lein.
Prepare Spicy BBQ Sauce:
-Karaho mein hot sauce,tomato ketchup,brown sugar,namak,paprika powder,lal mirch crushed,soy sauce aur sirka dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Chulha on karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
-Fried chicken wings dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein & serve karein!
Best Ever Crispy Baked Chicken Wings - How to Perfectly Bake Crispy Wings in the Oven
These oven baked chicken wings are so crispy, they taste just like deep fried chicken wings. This chicken wings recipe is the best way to perfectly bake crispy chicken wings in the oven. The spices i used on these wings are out of this world flavorful.
INGREDIENTS
3 lbs chicken wings
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp chilli powder
2 Tbs Brown sugar
2 Tbs baking powder
salt and pepper to your taste ( i used just about 1 and 1/2 tsp salt and a little over 1/4 tsp black pepper )
Bake in the oven at 425F for a total of 50 to 55 mins

1 ½ tbsp Flour
2 tbsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Black Pepper
1 ½ cups Buffalo Sauce
Buffalo Sauce:
2/3 cup Frank's Red Hot sauce
½ cup unsalted Butter
2 tbsp White Vinegar
1 tsp W Sauce
¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/8 tsp Garlic Powder
Salt to taste

THE BEST CRISPY BUFFALO WINGS
Servings: 4-6
INGREDIENTS
2 pounds chicken wings, pat dry
¾ cup cornstarch, divided
¼ cup flour
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons salt
⅔ cup water
Oil, for frying
½ cup buffalo sauce
PREPARATION
1. In a bowl, toss ¼ cup of cornstarch and the chicken wings together until fully coated. Transfer the wings to a wire rack and rest for 20 minutes.
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the remaining ½ cup cornstarch, flour, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Gradually whisk in water, breaking up any lumps, mixing until smooth. The batter should be slightly runny.
4. Coat chicken wings in the batter, shaking off any excess.
5. Heat oil in a pot to 350°F (180°C).
6. Add the wings in batches, cooking for 8-10 minutes, until golden brown.
7. Once chicken is cooked, transfer to a on a wire rack set on top of a paper towel-lined sheet pan.
8. Transfer chicken to a clean bowl, and drizzle with top buffalo sauce, tossing to coat wings.
9. Transfer to a serving plate, serve with either ranch or blue cheese dressing and celery sticks. Enjoy!
