AUTHENTIC Hummus recipe (Arab style) ????
Traditional hummus is very simple, yet the most creamy & delicious. There's no real secret, you're probably not adding enough tahini!
Ingredients for 1 cup of chickpea:
- 1 cup chickpea
- 2 Tbsp of lemon juice
- ½ Tsp of salt
- 2-3 ice cubes
- ½ Tsp of olive oil
- 3 Tbsp of tahini
- ⅓ cup of chickpea water (adjust as needed)

Homemade Hummus
Ingredients:
30 oz Cooked Chick Peas
2-3 Garlic Cloves
2 Lemons
1/2 Cup Tahini
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
1 tsp Cumin
2-3 Tbsp Ice Water
Parsley (garnish)
Paprika (garnish)
Salt and Pepper
Instructions:
Rinse the chick peas and remove the skins.
In a food processor add the chick peas, garlic, tahini, olive oil, cumin, the juice of 1.5 lemons, a splash of ice water, salt and pepper. Purée until smooth adding a little more ice water if needed. Taste and adjust the seasoning to your liking.
Garnish with olive oil, paprika, and freshly chopped parsley. Serve with fresh veggies, crackers, or pita bread.

The best oil free hummus recipe!
Ingredients:
4 cups of chickpeas
1/2 cup of aquafaba
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp tahini
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
Put in a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy! You can add more aquafaba if you want to thin it out at all.
This is a staple in my household and I make a big batch of it at the beginning of each week!

Best Hummus Recipe - Cooking With Ayeh
Hummus is definitely one of the most frequent dishes I make in my home, at least every fortnight. I love having it as a snack with veggie sticks and pita chips, serving as an appetizer or even as a spread in sandwiches and wraps.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup dried chickpeas or 2 cups canned/cooked chickpeas
2 heaped tbsp tahini
½ lemon
1-2 garlic cloves
3 tbs extra virgin olive oil
2 ice cubes
Sea salt
Tiny splash of cold water
GARNISH
Extra chickpeas
Paprika
Drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
Chopped parsley
