EASY CHEESY Impossible Quiche | How To Make Classic Quiche

You are going to LOVE this quick and easy quiche recipe with no pastry / pie crust! The reason it doesn't require a base is because the flour that is added to the mixture before baking separates and sinks to the bottom to form a light crust... magic! This quiche is filled with ham, cheese and spinach - and is oh so delicious! Makes for a great lunch / dinner option and great for lunchboxes too.

INGREDIENTS
4 eggs
1 1/4 cups milk
1/4 cup thickened cream
120g ham, chopped
1/2 brown onion, chopped or grated
1 1/2 cups grated cheese
3/4 cup fresh spinach, chopped
1/3 cup self-raising flour
1 tsp mixed Italian herbs
+ salt and pepper to taste
+ parmesan cheese to sprinkle on top

●1 cup (70g) fresh breadcrumbs
●1 cup (120g) grated low-fat tasty cheese
●100g lean ham , diced
●3 green onions (shallots), finely chopped
●1 tablespoon dijon mustard
●Salad, to serve
●1095 fat
●11g sat fat
