How To Make An Easy & Delicious Beef Pot Roast
This beef pot roast recipe is delicious! It is effortless to make. I marinaded the beef with oil and Creole seasoning. I covered it with plastic wrap and placed it in the refrigerator overnight. The following day I began by adding a small amount of oil to my pot and seared my beef on both sides until it was a nice golden brown. I then removed the meat and added my garlic, and allowed it to receive a slight cook in the same pan I seared the beef. Then I added the onion, celery, potatoes, and carrots and allowed them to be brown for a couple of minutes. Then I removed the vegetables from the pot and set them aside. I cooked the beef in a cup of wine and beef broth. I slow-cooked the pot roast for 3 hours. The slow cooking of the meat, broth, and wine made the sauce for this pot roast delicious and silky. After the sauce and meat were done, I placed the vegetables back in the pot and allowed them to simmer and absorb all the sauce's flavor. Cook the vegetables until they are soft. This may take about 20 minutes. This dish is tasty and a must-try. Happy cooking!

How to make Sauerbraten - German Beef roast - German Recipes - klaskitchen.com - simple recipes
Please subscribe my channel - and share the videos with your friends on Social Media!
Wow. This is such a classic. Meanwhile, I wonder why I did over twenty other videos before I show you how to make a hot Sauerbraten.
Thank you for giving me the idea. Some time ago I posted a video and asked you: What would you like to see? Are there German dishes that you know, but you do not know how to cook them?
You have sent me many answers. That was great. And many of you said: Hey, we know Sauerbraten, but how do you do that?
This reminded me of my childhood. And one of my best memories of my grandmother Hedwig is that she always made me Sauerbraten with dumplings when I visited her. This dish is very emotional for me.
Try it. I am looking forward to your feedback.

AngloIndian Beef Roast | Granny’s Beef Roast Recipe | Angloindian Beef Fry | Robertandstephy
Each Angloindian family will have their own style and method of cooking the same dish and we love all of them. So I kindly ask you to refrain from commenting negatively about the way this dish (or any anglo dish for that matter) is made in the video, simply because of the fact that I have only followed what my grandparents and parents and taught me about angloindian food.

POT ROAST | INDIAN style ROAST BEEF | Kravings
POT ROAST - My loving aunt Celie Coutinho made the best Pot Roast. Although this is called Roast Beef in India, it's prepared in a pressure cooker and it cooked till tender with a lot of spices. This recipe was handwritten by my aunt and given to me only months before she passed away
suddenly.
Here are the ingredients and steps to make this recipe!
Beef Chunk 1 kg, 2.2 lbs
Juice of 1.5 limes
1 tsp each Chilli powder, Turmeric & ground Cumin powder
30 crushed black Peppercorns
½ cup Oil
1 cup sliced red Onions
6 Kashmiri Chillies
¼ cup(4 tbsps) each Ginger & Garlic paste
3- 4 tbsps Vinegar
2 inch stick Cinnamon
20 – 30 cloves
2 potatoes sliced and fried
¼ cup chopped Coriander
Cut the beef into 4 pieces and marinate with the lime juice, salt, cumin, turmeric & chilli powder and the peppercorns
Add the Ginger & Garlic paste and the Vinegar
Add the cinnamon and pierce the meat with the cloves
Marinate overnight
Heat oil and saute the onions
Break the Kashmiri chillies into smaller pieces and add to the onions
Either move the onions to one side or remove them and brown the beef chunks
Add 1 cup of water and pressure cook for 3 whistles
Remove the chunks and cool
Cook the gravy till it thickens up
Slice the beef and return it to the gravy, adding the precooked potatoes and extra pepper
Garnish with chopper coriander
