How To make Italian Beef On Noodles
Italian Beef on Noodles No. 2791 Yields 4 Servings
3/4 Cup Beef Broth 3/4 Lb Round Steak, Sliced
1 Tbls Olive Oil Thin
3 Tbls Red Wine Vinegar 3 Tbls Olive Oil
1 Tbls Worcestershire Sauce 1 Medium Onion, Sliced
1 Tbls Cornstarch 1 Green Bell Pepper,
2 tsp Sugar Cored, Seeded & Sliced
1 tsp Dried Red Pepper - Egg Noodles, Hot,
1/4 tsp Dried Basil Leaves Buttered
1/4 tsp Dried Marjoram Leaves
1 Clove Garlic, Minced
Mix the beef broth, the first measure of olive oil, the vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, cornstarch, sugar, red pepper, basil, marjoram and garlic in a shallow glass baking dish. Add the beef. Stir to coat thoroughly. Cover. Refrigerate 2 or 3 hours, stirring occasionally. Drain the beef. Reserve the marinade. Heat a large, heavy skillet over low heat. Add the second measure of oil. Saute the onion and green bell pepper until tender (3-4 minutes), stirring constantly. Stir in the beef. Increase the heat to medium. Saute until the beef is brown (about 3 minutes), stirring constantly. Stir in the reserved marinade. Cook until the sauce thickens (1-2 minutes), stirring frequently. Serve over hot, buttered noodles.

Slow Cooker Italian Beef and Noodles
Serves 4-6
Ingredients
3 lbs. Heinen’s CARE Certified beef chuck roast
3 packages dry Italian salad dressing mix or 1 bottle store-bought Italian dressing
1 cup Heinen’s beef stock
16 oz. jar pepperoncini peppers or banana pepper rings
1 lb. egg noodles, cooked
A bunch of parsley
Heinen’s grated 24-month aged Parmigiano Reggiano
Instructions
1. Place the chuck roast into the slow cooker and add the Italian salad dressing mix.
2. Add the beef stock and cover.
3. Cook on high for 6 hours, or until the meat easily shreds with two forks. Cook for one additional hour once the meat is shredded.
4. Add the peppers and serve in a bowl over cooked egg noodles.
5. Garnish with parsley and parmesan cheese.
Notes
If the meat is not falling apart after 6 hours, simply cook for an additional hour, or until the meat easily shreds with a fork.|
Instead of egg noodles, this meat can be served on a bun with mozzarella or provolone cheese to create an Italian beef sandwich.

ONE POT Creamy Tomato Beef Pasta
Beef pasta cooked with Italian seasonings in a creamy tomato sauce. The epitome of easy homemade comfort food with the convenience of one-pot cooking!
RECIPE ⬇️⬇️⬇️ or PRINT:
One Pot Creamy Beef Tomato Pasta
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, finely minced
1 onion, finely chopped
500g/1 lb beef mince (ground beef)
2 tsp Italian herbs (store bought mix)
2 tbsp tomato paste
400g/ 14 oz can crushed tomatoes
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1 1/2 tsp cooking salt/kosher salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
4 cups (1 L) chicken stock/broth, low sodium
350g/ 12oz fusilli, penne, elbow macaroni or other short pasta
3/4 cups thickened / heavy cream (heavy cream)
SERVING – parmesan
1. Using a large pot, heat oil then cook onion & garlic for 1 1/2 min. Cook beef until you can no longer see red, then add Italian herbs and cook for 30 sec (brings out flavour!). Cook tomato paste for 1 min.
2. Add canned tomato, stock, chilli flakes, salt and pepper. Bring to simmer then add pasta. Once it comes back up to simmer, cook 13 – 15 min on medium high (it should be bubbling, like you are cooking pasta in water), stirring every now and then at the beginning and more towards the end as the sauce thickens so the base doesn’t catch. Reduce heat it needed.
3. Pasta should be just about cooked, but still saucy. Stir in cream, simmer for another minute. Still saucy! Ladle into bowls, garnish with parmesan. By the time you start eating, pasta will have absorbed most sauce but should still be OOZY!
