Ingredients for Italian Chicken
2 Chicken Breast
3 tbsp Tomato Ketchup 3 tbsp
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 Onion chopped half
1 tbsp Garlic chopped
Salt (As Needed)
1/2 cup Chicken
Broccoli for garnishing
Instructions for Italian Chicken
1- In a bowl, add ketchup, soy sauce, lemon juice, sugar, black pepper powder and mix it well. Mixture is ready.
2- In a cooking pan, add olive oil, onion, garlic, salt and saute it.
3- After that, add chicken breast and make it brown on both sides.
4- Now, add ketchup mixture and mix it.
5- Next, add chicken stock and steam it for 5-7 minutes.
6- After that cook until sauce becom little dry.
7- Use broccoli for garnishing.
8- Serve with boiled rice.
Your tasty Italian Chicken now ready to serve.
Cooking time: 40 minutes
Serve: 2 persons
