How To make Jenny's Chili
2 pounds Beef
ground
1 large Onion :
chopped
2 cans Kidney beans in chili gravy (15 oz)
2 cans Tomatoes, whole :
peeled
(16 oz) 2 teaspoons Salt
1/4 cup Sugar -- brown
1 tablespoon Chili powder
(or more to taste)
Combine onion and hamburger in skillet, cook, stirring frequently, until meat is brown and crumbly. Pour off excess fat. Transfer to large pot, add kidney beans, canned tomatoes, salt, brown sugar and chili powder. Cook slowly - the longer you can allow the chili to simmer the better it is. Add more chili powder to taste.

The Best Homemade Chili Recipe???? | Easy Delicious Comfort Food
Hope ya'll enjoy! The ingredients list is kinda long, but once you get all of your ingredients together everything else is a piece of cake! From time to time I like to experiment with different flavors to see what I can come up with. This is one of my many ways to make chili. It's so GOOD! Feel free to take out any ingredient that you don't like, this recipe is very forgiving.This chili taste BEST when served immediately after cooking.
*THIS IS A SLOW COOKER RECIPE*
Chili Recipe
Here's what I used in the video:
Power Quick Pot ( I'm using a 10 Qt)
1 Green bell pepper
3 Celery stalks
1 Yellow onion
5 Garlic cloves
2 lbs. of Ground beef (I used 80/20 lean)
2 Tsp Oregano
2 Tsp Brown sugar
2 Tsp Coriander
4 Tbsp Chili powder
3 Tbsp Ground Cumin
2 Tsp Dried Thyme
1 Tsp Smoked paprika
1/2 Tsp Dried Basil leaves
1/2 Tsp Black pepper
1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper (to taste, gradually add more as needed)
Salt to taste ( I used 1 1/2 tsp)
1 Bay Leaf
4 Tbsp Green onions
2 16 oz Cans Kidney beans (rinsed and drained)
1/2 cup canned Black beans
1- 28 oz Can Hunts Diced tomatoes (with juices)
1- 29 oz Can Hunts Tomato sauce
1- 14.5 oz Can Swanson Chicken broth (low sodium)
2 Tsp Worcestershire sauce
*TIP - Taste as you go!!
Jasmine Rice
3 Cups water
2 Cups rice

Chef Jenny joins the #HeartBreakfast team every Thursday morning after 8 am and takes you into her kitchen.
Recipe
Serves 4
Ingredients
Marinade for the chicken
5 x deboned chicken breasts cut into bite sized pieces.
1/2 cup natural yoghurt
3/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 tablespoon crushed garlic
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger for marinade
Method
Place all the ingredients Ingredients onto s bowl and marinate overnight or for a minimum of 2 hours.
To stir Fry
Vegetable or olive oil for frying
1 tablespoon roughly chopped ginger
1/2 cup honey
1 red onion peeled and thinly sliced
4 tablespoons soy sauce
4 large red chilies roughly chopped
3 large spring onions with tops roughly chopped
2 tablespoons sesame oil
Small handful chopped coriander
Method
Heat some oil in a wok or large saucepan and add ginger and fry for s minute to flavour the oil.
Add the chicken and fry on all sides till all the pink disappears from the chicken, add the honey, red onion, soy sauce and chilies. Cook stirring for 5 minutes.
Add the spring onions and sesame oil and cook
The Best Chinese Chili Oil Recipe Ever

Chinese love to use Chili Oil in many of their recipes. For this chili oil recipe, I will use 3 varieties of dry chili as well as some spices such as sichuan peppercorn or star anise.
1) Ingredients A:
• 1 pce star anise
• 1 cinnamon stick
• 20 pces of Sichuan peppercorn
• Half of a red onion sliced
• 3 slices of ginger
• 1 spring onion cut in diagonal (1 inch)
Add Oil in your Cooking Pan
Heat up to 200°C then Lower the Fire
Add your ingredients Slowly
Be careful with hot oil - Cook the ingredients for 8 minutes
These ingredients will give the oil its unique flavor. We will use this Flavoured Oil as a base for our Chinese Chili Oil.
2) Ingredients B:
We use 3 kinds of chili to make this chili sauce:
- 20g Dry bullet chilly – crushed, not too hot but great for aroma
- 15g of Korean chili powder – for nice color
- 10g of Dried chili Long – hot

- 20g of roasted peanuts – Coarse Crushed
- Roasted sesame seeds – slightly grinded
- 15g of fermented beans
- 1 teaspoon of sugar + ½ teaspoon of salt
- ½ teaspoon of vodka
3) Ingredients B will be mixed with our Flavoured Oil:
After 8 minutes remove the first sets of ingredients, then add the new ones. Start with fermented beans. Stir well.
Let the whole thing cool down. Then pour it into a glass jar. You can leave it outside and it can last you a few months. Ideal with many of the Chinese dishes we love to make at Eazzychinese (

Cook time: 30 to 35 minutes
Ingredients
1/2 Tbsp oil
1.5 pounds pork butt, cubed
1/2 white or yellow onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced- (I used 6 : )
3 Tbsp Ap Flour
1 1/2 tsp salt (Himalayan)
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp black pepper
1 heaping tsp Mexican oregano
4 cups chicken broth
6 Roasted Anaheim peppers ( save and cube 2 for the stew, 4 for the sauce)
1 can hatch chili
2 small jalapeños
small bunch cilantro
For added flavor- add 1/2 Tbsp chicken bouillon (natural knorr chicken bouillon)
