Chocolate Kahlua Cake Chew Out Loud
This recipe for rich, decadent Chocolate Kahlua Cake lets you have a truly sensational cake in record time. We love serving this perfect combo of coffee, Kahlua, and chocolate for birthdays and holidays. ❤❤❤

For the Cake:
1 box Super Moist Yellow Cake Mix, about 16 oz
3 oz instant chocolate pudding mix
4 large eggs, room temp
½ cup vegetable oil
¾ cup very strong coffee, decaf is fine
⅔ cup Kahlua
1 cup mini chocolate chips, mini ones melt better
For the Ganache:
9 oz semi sweet chocolate morsels
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 TB Kahlua, or more to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F with rack on lower middle position. Generously grease a Bundt pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together the dry cake mix and dry pudding mix until combined.
In another bowl, stir together the eggs, oil, coffee, and Kahlua until smooth and well combined.
Using a rubber spatula, gently fold wet ingredients with dry ingredients. Fold in the mini chocolate chips. Transfer to greased Bundt pan, evening out the top.
Bake 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with a few tender crumbs attached.
Let cool in pan on wire rack to room temp. Cover and let sit at room temp until ready to drizzle and serve.
To Make Ganache: In a heavy pan, bring heavy whipping cream to a boil over medium heat, and immediately remove from heat. Add the chocolate chips and Kahlua, stirring until smooth and melted. Cool slightly until consistency is thickened but pourable. Drizzle over cake.

Easy Kahlua Espresso Chocolate Cake (e76)
Buon giorno a tutti. In this episode, Nonna Mia, la nonna di tutti (everyone's grandmother), shows us how to make an easy but delicious Kahlua Espresso Chocolate Cake, sure to impress!
Mix Wet Ingredients:
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups of sugar
- 1 cup of olive oil
- 1 cup of espresso (or strong coffee)
- 1 tablespoon of Kahlua
Mix Dry Ingredients:
- 4.5 cups of flour
- 2 tablespoons of baking powder (Nonna always says power)
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
- pinch of salt
- 1 cup of chocolate chips
Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until fully blended. The batter will be dense. Pour into a well-greased pan, tap to level and bake in 350F for 70-75 min.
Nonna always tests the cake with spaghetti. This one took the full 75 minutes. Place on a tray to cool and once ready, dust with icing sugar.

Egg yolk 蛋黄 3 no.
Sugar (for egg yolk) 砂糖 15g
Oil 植物油 27g
Instant coffee powder 即溶咖啡粉 8g
Hot water 热水 15g
Kahlua (coffee liqueur) 卡鲁瓦 (咖啡酒) 20g
Cake flour 低筋面粉 53g
Egg white 蛋白 3 no. (~ 110g)
Sugar (for egg white) 砂糖 40g
Bake at 180C for 20 - 23 minutes
(B) Coffee cream 咖啡奶油
Whipping cream 淡奶油 150g
Sugar 砂糖 25g
Instant coffee powder 即溶咖啡粉 1.5 tsp
Mascarpone cheese 马斯卡彭起司 75g
