3/4 ts BAKING SODA
1 d SALT
1 c BUTTER
2 ea EGGS
3/4 c BUTTERMILK
1/4 c SOUR CREAM
3/4 ts VANILLA
3/4 c CHOCOLATE CHIPS
IN A LARGE BOWL, COMBINE FLOUR, SUGAR, SODA, AND SALT. CUT IN MARGARINE UNTIL CRUMBLY. STIR IN BUTTERMILK, SOUR CREAM, AND VANILLA. DO NOT OVER MIX. FOLD IN CHOCOLATE CHIPS. FILL GREASED MUFFIN TINS 3/4 FULL OF BATTER. BAKE AT 375 DEG F. FOR 20 MINUTES.

???? 1/2 sudu kecil double action baking powder
???? 1/2 sudu kecil soda bikarbonat (baking soda)
???? 1 sudu besar serbuk koko

Bahan lain :
???? 1/2 cawan susu full cream
???? 1/4 cawan minyak jagung
???? 1 biji telur saiz A (atau B)
???? 1/2 sudu kecil esen vanila
???? 1/2 cawan gula perang
???? 1/4 cawan choc chip

????Choc chip muffin secukupnya - jika suka banyak boleh letak lebih

????Tips penting :
????Panaskan oven terlebih dulu selama 10 minit barulah bakar muffin
????Untuk mendapat muffin yang cantik dan naik membukit, muffin perlu dibakar pada suhu tinggi. Tapi kalau baking powder/baking soda telah expire atau masuk angin pun tak akan dapat hasil yang baik juga
(Saya bakar 200’C - 20 minit, api atas bawah dan tak perlu on kipas)
