Today my focus is to cook something delicious and nutritious in under 30 minutes. So I've got my trout here, my vegetables and sweet potato. And all the spices that I need keeping it simple but still very tasty with salt. So I've got pink Himalayan salt, but you don't need pink salt; you can have any other type of salt you want. And I've got my cayenne pepper, which is just a preference, and we're going to top it off with some beautiful amazing smelling lemon.
You want to cut up all your vegetables and get everything ready to put everything in the oven at the same time.
Now our next step is making sure nothing sticks to the pans. The idea here is, I'm going to use a little bit of grapeseed oil. Simply put some oil on the pan, so nothing sticks, and everything comes out nice and crispy at the end. Again, we don't need the oil to cook with; we just really need it, so it doesn't stick to the pans, and we don't waste anything.
*** Remember to flip the vegetables after 12 minutes of cooking at 175 F.
Ingredients:
- Trout
- Red peppers
- Sweet Potatoes
- Lemon
- Cayenne, Pink Salt, Grapeseed oil, or any other oil.
Steps:
1. Rince Trout
2. Chop Vegetables
3. Oil pans
4. Pop in the oven.
5. set timer for 12 minutes and flip vegetables
6. After 25 minutes, take it all out.
7. Serve on plates
8. Give grace and enjoy.
9. Repeat steps 1-8 if you get the craving next week. :)
