How To make Lamb Chops and Peaches with Lime Sauce
1 cn Peach halves (29 oz)
1 c Peach syrup
1/2 c Lime juice
1/2 t Grated lime peel
1 t Ground ginger
6 ea Lamb loin -OR-
1 x 12 rip chops, cut 1-inch thi
1 x Salt
1 x Pepper
Drain peaches, reserving syrup. In small saucepan, combine syrup with lime juice, peel and ginger. Heat thoroughly. Sprinkle lamb with salt and pepper. Broil 3 to 4 inches from source of heat 5 to 7 minutes per side, brushing frequently with lime sauce. Broil peach halves 5 minutes, basting with lime sauce. Recipe:
Grilled Peach Salsa and Sous Vide Salmon
2 Salmon Portions
1 tbsp Olive Oil
Pinch of Salt
Grilled Peach Salsa
2 Peaches Cut In Half and Pit Removed
½ Shallot
1 Tomato Cut into Quarters and De-seeded
1 Small Bunch of Cilantro
1 tsp Salt
Drizzle of olive oil
A Few Slices of Jalapenos Diced (Omit if you don't like spicy)
Salmon
1 Turn on Chefman Sous Vide to 122
2 Using a vacuum sealer or a zip lock bag place the salmon in the bag and add oil and salt.
3 Seal the vacuum bag. If using a zip lock bag place the bag in to the water and close it then as it will force the air out of the bag.
4 Let it cook for 30 mins. While this is cooking make your grilled peach salsa.
5 Remove from the bag and sear it on a high heat in a small amount of oil for 1 min on each side.
6 Remove from pan and place on plate and add your Grilled peach salsa on top.
Grilled Peach Salsa
7 Give your Peaches a little toss in oil so they don't stick to the grill.
8 Turn BBQ on High heat.
9 Place the peaches face side down on the grill and let them site for 3-4 mins or until they have nice grill marks.
10 Take your peaches and chop them to a small dice. Finley dice your shallot and tomatoes.
11 Roughly chop your cilantro and mix all ingredients .
12 If you like it spicy you can dice the jalapenos and add them to the salsa .
13 drizzle with olive oil and add salt to taste and mix.

Dijon mustard opinional highly suggested tho
Pepper, seasoning salt parsley flakes herbs de Provence
1/2 stick butter
1 Can Cream of chicken
2 packets sazon
Stove top stuffing mix
Chicken bullion cube
Chicken broth
Olive oil to rub meat
