How To make Lattice Cherry Cheesecake
1 pk (20 oz) Cookie Mix *
16 oz Cream Cheese, Softened
1 c Sour Cream
3/4 c Sugar
1/4 t Almond Extract
3 ea Large Eggs
21 oz (1 cn) Cherry Pie Filling
* Cookie mix should be refrigerated Sugar Cookie dough from the dairy case. ~-------------------------------------------------------------------------- Freeze cookie dough 1 hour. Slice into 1/8-inch slices. Arrange slices, slightly overlapping, on bottom and sides of greased 9-inch springform pan. With floured fingers, seal edges to form crust. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and extract, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer, until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Reserve 1/4 cup batter and chill. Pour remaining batter over crust. Bake at 350 degrees F., 1 hour and 10 minutes Increase oven temperature to 450 degrees F. Spoon pie filling over cheese- cake. Spoon reserved batter over pie filling forming a lattice design. Bake at 450 degrees F., 10 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan. VARIATION: Substitute 13 x 9-inch baking pan for 9-inch springform pan. Prepare as directed except for baking. Bake at 350 degrees F., 40 minutes. Increase oven temperature to 450 degrees F. Continue as directed.

Video Cooking Demonstration and Recipe for a Tangy sweet Aussie Lemon Lattice Cheesecake Slice. A no Bake recipe made in seconds in the Thermochef. Chilled before serving its an iconic Australian Favourite. We use Arnotts Lattice Biscuits. We are Not sure what to substitute these biscuits with where you come from. You can let us know a possible alternative in the comments section below. We hope you like it. We have used lower fat ingredients to make them a bit healthier.
INGREDIENTS:
250 gram Fat Reduced Cream Cheese
400 grams skim sweetened condensed milk
20 grams gelatine dissolved in 40 grams boiling water
100 grams lemon juice, you could substitute lime juice here.
200 gram packet of Arnotts Lattice Biscuits. If using an 18 cm (7) square tin you will need 18 biscuits.
METHOD:
mix cream cheese, lemon juice, condensed milk with the gelatine that has been dissolved in the hot water in the thermochef jug, speed 3 for 45 seconds. Layer 9 biscuits shiny (glazed) side down in the bottom of your pan. Pour in the Filling and layer the remaining 9 biscuits on top, shiny side up. Chill until set in the fridge (about 2 hours) and cut into 9 squares and serve. They must be stored in the fridge. One is lovely 2 is too much ;-))

How to make Lemon cheesecake slice recipe
With no cooking required, this refrigerator slice is quick and easy to make. With its tangy lemon cheesecake filling, this slice is sure to be a hit with your family.
Ingredients:
2 packets Lattice biscuits
250g unsalted butter
250g caster sugar
250g Philladelphia cream cheese
1 (10g) sachet gelatine
1/4 - 1/3 cup lemon juice (fresh or bottled is fine)
Cream the butter, sugar and cream cheese.
Heat the lemon juice (microwave is fine) and stir in gelatine. Add to creamed mix and mix until completely smooth.
Line a rectangle baking tray with grease-proof paper, leaving some flapping out the sides of the tray so you can lift the slice out once set.
Lay Lattice biscuits in bottom of tray (shiny side down), cutting biscuits to fit right to the sides.
Spread the creamed mix evenly over the layer of biscuits. Add another layer of biscuits to finish (shiny side up this time) Refrigerate until set. Cut into slices.
Notes
Finding a tray to fit this slice is problematic. You will need to cut a few biscuits to get it to fit most trays. Any tray you use will need to be at least 4cm deep to accommodate the cheescake slice.
I found that the cheese mix was a little too runny after I added the gelatine so I put it in the fridge for 20 minutes to let it firm up a little before I assembled the slice.

The Best Cherry Pie Recipe
Ingredients: 1 pie 9'' wide
Pie Crust:
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup (1/2 lb) (226 grams) cold unsalted butter
7-8 Tbsp ice water
Filling:
3/4-1 cup sugar
4-5 Tbsp cornstarch
2-2 1/2 lbs frozen or fresh pitted cherries
1 Tbsp lemon juice
Egg Wash:
1 egg
1 Tbsp milk or water
1-2 Tbsp sugar
Serve cherry pie warm or cold. Enjoy! ????

This recipe are perfect for a quick easy breakfast or dessert.
Ingredients Used:
6 Sweet Rolls
8oz cream cheese
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
1 egg yolk
1 cup of cherry pie filling
2 tsp sugar
egg wash-1 egg + 1/4 cup of water mixed
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. In a bowl mix together the 8oz cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon juice, egg yolk until smooth. Cut out the inside of the slider bun. Brush the egg wash on the tops of the buns, sprinkle the sugar. Fill with the cream cheese mixture. Then top with the cherry pie filling. Bake for 15 minutes.
Topping
1 cup of powdered sugar
2 tsp of milk, may need 3 tsp
Mix until smooth. Drizzle over the slider. Enjoy!
