How To make Lemon Pot Roast

beef, chuck roast
1 1/2
cup
water
1/2
cup
lemon juice

onions, chopped
1
teaspoon
salt
1
teaspoon
celery salt
1
teaspoon
onion salt
1/4
teaspoon
black pepper
1/4
teaspoon
marjoram, ground
1
each
garlic, clove, crushed
3
each
lemon, slices
Directions:
Put roast in a shallow pan or marinating container. In a medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour over roast. Cover; refrigerate at least 4 to 24 hours.
Remove roast from marinade; place in a roasting pan. Cover and bake at 325 degrees 1 1/2 to 2 hours, or until tender when pierced with fork.

My simple quick and easy lemon garlic rosemary roast chicken has immense flavor and only requires the usage of simple ingredients, such as fresh lemon juice, garlic, rosemary, and italian seasoning just to name a few. Oh, and did I forget to mention this lemon garlic roast chicken is juicy and tender.

Lemon beef roast
Ingredients:
Beef piece 1 1/2 kg
Apple cider vinegar 1/4 cup
Water as required
Green chillies 5-6 finely chopped
Lemon juice 1/2 cup
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Chilli sauce 3 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp
Black salt 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Onion rings as required
Lemon slices as required
Method:
Take a beef piece . Hammer it until thin .
Take a bowl of water , add appel cider vinegar and dip a piece of meat in it for 5 to 6 hours .
Then drain water and take out the pice of meat on cutting board .
Prepare a marination with lemon juice , green chillies ,soya sauce , chilli sauce , Worcestershire sauce , black salt ,black pepper,salt , garlic powder.
Place the meat piece with marination . Prick the piece with fork and leave it for 4-5 hours or overnight .
Then fold and tie tightly with thread .
Place it in the pan with marination and cook for 2 hours on low flame.
Now dish out and cut into slices. Serve with your favourite sauce or onion rings and lemon slices.
