How To make Lemon Rosemary Shoulder Lamb Chops
4 Lamb shoulder chops
1 t Lemon zest; grated
1/3 c Lemon juice; fresh
1/4 c Olive oil
1 tb Rosemary; fresh,chopped
1 Garlic clove; minced
Salt Pepper Dry chops well, slash edges once and arrange in shallow glass baking dish just big enough to hold them in single layer. In small bowl, whisk together lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, rosemary and garlic. Pour over chops, turning to coat both sides. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 6 hours. Bring to room temperature 30 minutes before grilling. Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper, place on oiled grill 4 to 6 inches above medium-hot coals or on medium-high setting and grill about 5 minutes per side, turning once and brushing often with marinade, until chips feel soft but springy.

AIR FRYER LAMB CHOPS | easy recipe with garlic, lemon and rosemary
Today we are making the most perfect and easy Air Fryer Lamb Chops! With simple 3 ingredients, the lamb chops in air fryer turn out juicy and tender with a beautiful sear. ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️ CLICK FOR RECIPE ⬇️⬇️⬇️
►INGREDIENTS:
8 small lamb chops
2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
1 tbsp fresh or dried rosemary chopped
4 garlic cloves grated
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 lemon optional for serving

►DIRECTIONS:
1. In a large bowl, add olive oil, rosemary and garlic; stir. Add lamb chops and using your hands or tongs toss to coat evenly. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to overnight.
2. Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F. Remove lamb chops from the bowl and sprinkle with salt and pepper on both sides.
3. Air fry in 2-3 batches, depending on your size of air fryer at 400 degrees F. Here are the recommended cook times:
- for rare - 11 minutes or until internal T 120°F
- for medium rare - 12 minutes or until internal T 125°F (pictured)
- for medium - 13 minutes or until internal T 130°F
- for well done - 14 minutes or until internal T 145°F and higher.
4. Serve immediately with a squeeze of lemon, if you wish, and your favorite side and salad.
