Recipe;
Here are the ingredients:
1/2 lbs of shrimp
20 pcs of egg roll sheets - you may need more if you make large shrimp balls. - cut into thin strips.
1/4 cup of cold water
Marinade for shrimp:
1/2 tsp of sesame oil
1 tbsp of vegetable oil
1/4 tsp of white pepper
1tbsp cornstartch
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 egg white
How to:
1) Wash and pat dry with a paper towel
2) Peel and divine the shrimps
3) Mince shrimp either with a knife or food processor
4) Add in your marinade for the shrimp
5) combine well until the shrimp turns into a thick batter
6) Cut 20 sheets of egg roll into thin strips
7) Before you troll your shrimp into balls, add a little water to your hands, that way it doesn't stick to your fingers.
8) Lay a bed of egg roll strips down on a flat surface and gentle roll your ball around the egg roll strips.
9) On high heat, add 2 1/2 cups of vegetable oil
10) Add in your shrimp balls and rotate as needed. This will prevent the shrimp balls from burning on one side.
11) This should only take 3 mins for the shrimp balls to be fully cooked.
12) Place it on a sheet of napkin.

In this video, I have described how to make artichoke dip with lump Crab and Shrimp. Creamy, cheesy, and loaded with a full pound of lump crab meat, this ultra-rich Crab and Shrimp Artichoke Dip is a perfect appetizer for game day parties and year-round entertaining!
This crowd-pleasing dip comes together in just 25 minutes, and it is baked to absolute cheesy perfection!
????Recipe????
????Ingredients:
• 8 oz Philadelphia cream cheese
• 2 tsp of butter
• 2 cups fresh spinach
• 1 Jar or can artichoke hearts, drained
• 8 oz lump crab meat
• ½ pound medium shrimp
• 1 cup shredded parmesan, mozzarella, yellow sharp cheese
• 1 cloves garlic diced
• ½ cup of green onions
• 1 tsp pepper
• 2 tsp old Bay seasoning
• 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
• ¼ tsp of onion powder
• ¼ tsp of garlic powder
• 2 tsp of paprika
• 2 tsp of fresh lemon juice
• 2 cups of half-half
• ½ cup Rotel (optional)
• Crush pepper flakes (optional)
????Instructions:
1. Heat butter and olive oil in a medium pot over medium heat. Add shrimp into pan sauté until light pink. Remove from the pan.
2. Add artichokes, fresh garlic, spring onions, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Cook for a few minutes, just to take the raw edge off the artichokes.
3. Reduce heat to low and add 2 cups of half-half, Philadelphia Cream cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, yellow sharp cheese. stir until all the cheese has melted,
4. Add salt to a pot of boiling water and add spinach for 2-3 seconds. Drain, put spinach in cold ice water and squeeze out excess water. This will stop the cooking process, keeping the spinach nice and green. Chop into smaller pieces.
5. Add lump crab meat, shrimp, and spinach to the artichoke cheese mixture, stir to combine.
6. Add old Bay and Cayenne pepper to the mixture (Taste if necessary).
7. Spread evenly in a cast iron skillet or casserole dish and top with remaining parmesan cheese. Preheat the oven to 375. Turn oven to broil and broil for 2-3 minutes or until cheese is golden brown on top.
8. Garnish dip with fresh parsley or green onions.
9. Serve with pita chips, toasted baguette slices
10. All seasoning can be adjusted to your liking!

Betty's Deluxe Shrimp Dip
Betty demonstrates how to make Deluxe Shrimp Dip. This is a light dip that can be served with crackers or vegetables. It is perfect for summer!
Deluxe Shrimp Dip
¾ cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
½ cup sour cream
(2) 4-ounce (drained) cans tiny shrimp (You may use just 1 can, but I recommend 2.)
½ teaspoon lemon juice (You may increase this to 1 teaspoon.)
crackers and/or vegetables for dipping
In a medium-sized bowl, combine all ingredients, mixing well. Cover with plastic wrap and chill until serving time. To serve, surround dip with crackers and/or prepared vegetables. Serve as a party dip or as an appetizer to a meal. Enjoy! --Betty ♥♥♥

Easy Appetizers: Spinach and Artichoke Dip Recipe - Natasha's Kitchen
This Spinach and Artichoke Dip is incredibly easy. It's the ultimate party dip. The taste is amazing and your guests will love it!
Ingredients for Spinach Artichoke Dip:
►8oz cream cheese (reduced fat is ok)
►16 oz light sour cream
►1 stick (8 tbsp) unsalted butter
►1 1/2 – 2 cups shredded Parmesan cheese
►14 oz quartered artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
►4 oz can diced jalapeños, drained
►10 oz frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
►2-3 garlic cloves, pressed

Shrimp and Crab Au Gratin - Blast From the Past
Paula's making meals to warm you right up when the weather gets chilly and today's meal is Shrimp and Crab Au Gratin. Enjoy Y'all!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup whole milk
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 juiced lemon
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 lb small or medium peeled and deveined shrimp
1 lb picked through for shell claw crabmeat
1 1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
Preparation:
1.) Melt the butter in a heavy-bottomed saucepan over very low heat.
2.) When the butter is completely melted, stir in the flour with a wooden spoon.
3.) Cook for about 1 minute over low heat, stirring constantly.
4.) Slowly add the milk.
5.) Using a whisk, stir briskly until you have a smooth sauce, about 2 minutes.
6.) Add the wine, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and cayenne and whisk again.
7.) Switch to the wooden spoon and keep stirring the white sauce until it is completely smooth and thickened, about the consistency of mayonnaise. Remove from the heat.
8.) Bring 2 cups water and 1/2 teaspoon salt to a boil in a medium saucepan and add the shrimp.
9.) When the water returns to a boil, cook the shrimp for 1 minute.
10.) Drain immediately. Roughly chop the shrimp and put in a large mixing bowl.
11.) Add the crabmeat and, with your hands, toss gently to mix.
12.) Pour the sauce over the seafood. With a large spoon, gently combine, taking care not to break apart the crabmeat.
13.) Spray an 8-inch square disposable aluminum foil pan with vegetable oil cooking spray (there will be a little left over for a tasty lunch for the cook) or use an 11-by-7-inch casserole dish.
14.) Pour the mixture into the pan. Place the grated cheese on top, completely covering the seafood mixture.
15.) If freezing: Wrap the uncooked casserole securely with plastic wrap, the with aluminum foil. Place the pan into a plastic freezer bag and seal. Freeze.
16.) When ready to bake: Completely thaw in refrigerator. When ready to bake, remove the foil and plastic wrap. Bake at 350 °F for about 25 to 30 minutes, until bubbly.
