Crockpot street tacos ????
Street taco meat:
• 2 lbs carne asada meat or flank steak (or chicken breast)
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 1/4 cup orange juice
• 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
• 1/4 cup cilantro , chopped
• 1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
• 1 Tbs honey
• 1 tsp chili powder
• 1 tsp cumin
• Salt to taste
• Small fajita or street taco tortillas
• Queso fresco (optional)
Garlic lime sauce:
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1 Tbs olive oil
• 1 clove garlic , minced
• 2 Tbs lime juice
• 2 tsp lime zest
• 1 Tbls cilantro (Optional)
• Salt to taste
Pico de gallo
• 4 Medium Tomatoes
• 2 Tbls Finely diced jalapeno (optional)
• 1 Medium red onion
• 1 Cup chopped cilantro
• 3 Tbls Olive oil
• 3 Tbls Lime juice
• 1Tbls Apple cyder vinegar
• Salt to taste

Black Bean Burgers Recipe:
1 (15 oz.) can black beans, drained/rinsed or 2 cups cooked beans
1/2 cup vital wheat gluten
1/2 cup plain whole wheat bread crumbs
1 tsp chile powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp tomato paste (or ketchup)
1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro (optional)
2 cloves garlic (pressed or grated)
1/2 small onion
about 2 tbsp olive oil plus olive oil spray
whole wheat buns
Sour Cilantro Cream Recipe:
1 lb. silken tofu (not the vacuum-packed kind)
2 tbsp fresh lime juice (from 1 lime)
1 tbsp agave syrup
3/4 tsp salt
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 cup grapeseed oil
2 cups loosely packed fresh cilantro (stems and leaves)

Instant Pot RED BEANS AND RICE Recipe | SOUR CREAM CORNBREAD RECIPE| New Orleans Style
I love to make New Orleans style red beans and rice in the pressure cooker. It saves time and makes it so that I don't have to soak the beans over night. To me not having to plan ahead is a win! We will also make homemade sour cream cornbread!
Red Beans:
1 lb dried kidney beans
1 onion
2 stalks celery
1 red bell pepper
4 slices bacon
13oz cajun sausage
1 ham hock
4 1/2 cups water
1/2 tbsp chicken bouillon
1 tsp creole seaosoning
1/2 tbsp smoke papriked, onion powder, garlic powder
1 tsp white pepper. dried thyme
1/2 tsp dried basil
salt to taste
Cornbread:
1 cup cornmea
1 cup flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 stick melted salted butter
1/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp honey
1 can creamed corn
1 tbsp bacon grease or shortneing for the cast iron skillet
1 tbso milk
1 cup sour cream

Creamed Potatoes and Butter Beans Tips and Recipe - What's Cooking with Paula Deen?
Some things are simply classic recipes, no recipe is more classic than mashed potatoes. In the latest podcast, Paula talks about mashed potatoes and offers her tips on the best ways to make sure your mashed or creamed potatoes are delicious.
First, Paula always uses red potatoes, roughly peeled so you know the potatoes are fresh.
Mashed Potatoes Recipe
1. Cube potatoes and boil until tender. Season with salt and petter and garlic salt
2. Drain the potatoes
3. Heat 1 cup of 1/2 and 1/2
4. 2 two tablespoons of sour cream (Paula's secret tip!)
5. Whip ingredients with hand mixer to desired consistency
6. Add butter last once the ingredients are combined.
7. Cover until serving
Butter Bean Recipes
1. Start with a ham hock. Some grocery stores will have sliced ham hock. Ask butcher if they can provide a sliced ham hock
2. Cover with water, salt and pepper and garlic chopped up
Simmer for an hour
3. Add fresh or frozen butter beans (lima beans. Add more water to cover beans if necessary.
4. Add a tablespoon of bacon grease for flavor
5. Cook for 20-25 min for flash frozen beans and 45 - 60 minutes for fresh butter beans
6. Add pods of okra in the last 15 minutes of cooking for additional flavor

This quick and easy cilantro sour cream sauce recipe is perfect on tacos, beans and rice, salads, and veggies.
Cilantro Sour cream sauce has four ingredients: sour cream, cilantro, salt, and fresh lime or lemon juice.
Green Sauce For the Win!
One of my favorite taco recipes to pair cilantro sour cream sauce with is Chicken Enchilada Tacos with Lime Cabbage Slaw.
Having said that, this green cilantro based sauce recipe can be used as a dip (add more sour cream) or a dressing (add a little less sour cream, or add more water or blend it more).
Blending Tips For Easy Cilantro Sour Cream Sauce
Blend all the ingredients quickly in the food processor for ~ 5 seconds or until cilantro is pureed and integrated into the sour cream.
If you blend the cilantro sour cream mixture for too long, it will denature the sour cream and be runny. It will still be delicious so don't worry to much about it too much.
But, if you want to thicken it up, remove some of the liquid mixture and manually stir in additional sour cream. Add salt to taste.
Cilantro Cream Sauce Is Versatile
Cilantro cream sauce is versatile. Ingredients can be substituted or added.
I generally use sour cream sauce to cool down a spicy taco but if you like heat then add a little jalapeno.
Some other ideas to add to the mix are ground cumin, hot sauce, lemon juice (to substitute for lime juice), coriander, oregano, or garlic.
Don't have sour cream? Try yogurt. Don't have lime juice? Try lemon juice or a touch of vinegar.
Use the tender cilantro stems in addition to the leaves. They are generally not bitter like parsley stems. Throw the stems and leaves in the blender and don't sweat separating them.
Serves 10
Ingredients:
-16 oz sour cream
-1 small bunch cilantro with tender stems
-¼ tsp salt
-1 lime, juiced
Instructions:
-Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 5-10 seconds or until cilantro is pureed and integrated into the sour cream. Don't pulse too long or it will be runny.
-Add more salt and lime juice to taste.
