Sprinkle Chili-Lime Seasoning on Chicken Tenderloins. Place chicken in hot pan coated in oil and sear quickly on both sides. Transfer to tray and put in oven preheated to 350 degrees. Bake for approximately 15-20 minutes. Enjoy!

The BEST Honey Chipotle Chicken Tenders! Game Day Meal
ingredients
4 pounds of tenders (thats how much I USED)
All Purpose seasoning (I used @MrMakeItHappen )
Cayenne Pepper
Chipotle Powder
2 cups buttermilk
1/2 cup hot sauce
Mix all the above together in a large bowl and let it sit for 5 hours. To a large bag, get 4 cups of flour and double (or triple) the seasoning above. Dredge chicken and fry in 350 degree oil for 7-9 minutes. Let drain on a wire rack.
For sauce:
1 7oz jar of chipotle peppers (in adobo sauce)
7 Oz chicken broth
1 tbsp Ketchup
1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
12 oz of honey (more for a sweeter, stickier sauce)
Blend chipotles and broth until smooth. Drain until the seeds are out. Add to a sauce pan. Cook for 5 minutes and then add honey. Cook until sauce gets to the consistency you like. Sauce up the tenders and enjoy!

✅Ingredients
• 2 pounds chicken tenders
• 2 lemons, juiced
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 teaspoon lemon pepper
• 1 teaspoon dried basil
• 1 teaspoon dried oregano
• ¼ teaspoon salt
✅Instructions
1️⃣ 00:18 - Place chicken tenders in a gallon-size resealable plastic bag (like a ziploc). Pour in lemon juice, olive oil, lemon pepper, basil, oregano, and salt. Shake it a bit so all the chicken tenders get covered.
2️⃣ 01:00 - Let marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes or up to 8 hours.
3️⃣ 01:06 - Heat an outdoor gas grill over high heat. Sear the chicken for 2 minutes on each side and continue cooking until cooked through. This should take about 5 minutes or less. Chicken tenders cook quickly on the grill. Alternately, heat a heavy skillet over high heat. Sear the chicken tenders on each side for 2 minutes and continue cooking, covered for another 5 minutes until chicken is cooked through. Actual cooking time is dependent upon the thickness of the chicken.

2 1/2 Tbsp (50ml) - Olive Oil, Divided
2 - Large Heads Broccoli, Florets & Stems Trimmed
250g (8.82oz) - Green Beans, Top & Tailed
1kg (2.2lbs) - Chicken Thigh, Boneless & Skinless, diced
1/2 Cup (125m) - Chicken Stock
3 - Garlic Cloves, Minced
2 - Lemons, Juiced
1/3 Cup (80g) - Honey
1 tsp (2.5g) - Onion Powder
1 1/2 Tbsp (30ml) - Soy Sauce
2 tsp (10ml) - Sesame Oil
1 1/2 Tbsp (12g) - Corn Flour
Seasoning To Taste
Basmati Rice -
350g (12.35oz) - Basmati Rice, Washed
700ml (700g) - Cold Water
Salt To Taste
