Ingredients

each
8 oz lobster tails, frozen
2
teaspoon
melted butter or margarine
Directions:
Place frozen lobster tails in a shallow, 1 1/2-quart, heat- resistant,
non-metallic baking dish. Face meatiest part of lobster tails toward the
outside of the dish.
To thaw lobster tails heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 3 1/2 minutes.
Let stand at room temperature 10 minutes.
With a sharp, heavy knife, open shell on underside of tail and brush
with
melted butter.
Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 7 minutes or until lobster flesh is
opaque and the shells are red.

Ingredients
2 lobster tail
4 tbsp unsalted butter
salt to taste
1/2 old bay seasoning tsp
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 lime or lemon juice
1 garlic cloves
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp old bay seasoning

Oven set At - 350F (177 C) for an internal temp of 140-145F
Lobster Butter ingredients needed
2-3 Tbsp. of Butter 1 tsp of minced garlic
1/2 Tsp of Cajun seasoning 1/4 tsp of paprika
1/2 tsp of lemon pepper lemon juice
Lobster Seasoning
1 Tbsp. of Buttery Steakhouse seasoning
1/2 tsp of salt
pinch of paprika
Fully Cooked at 350F (177 C) for an internal temp of 140-145F

Honey Cajun Grilled Lobster Tails on top! ???? ???? ???? ????
Cooking up these Honey Cajun Grilled Lobster Tails over the flames. Grilled over fire on the Breeo for about 3 minutes per side and then basted in the sweet and spicy butter sauce made with Cajun Blackening Rub. This recipe can easily be replicated with shrimp or salmon. You can also make it with chicken or pork too if you don’t like seafood or can’t find any (I bought this lobster tail a week ago and froze it)! Either way, enjoy this time with family/friends and be safe! ???? ????
Ingredients:
Lobster: 5-6 (or as many as you can find) Lobster Tails, salt, pepper and olive oil.
Butter Sauce: 1.5 tbsp of Cajun Blackening from Spiceology, 4 tbsp of butter, 2 tbsp of honey and 1 lemon juiced.
Other Variations:
Shrimp or Salmon: Same ingredients. Shrimp/Salmon cooked for a couple minutes till done (about 3-4 minutes for shrimp and 2-3 minutes per side on salmon) then drizzled with butter sauce.
-Chicken or Pork: Same ingredients. Cook chicken to 165F internal and pork to 145F internal and glaze with butter sauce right before pulling off grill!

BAKED LOBSTER TAILS
Cooking lobster tails can be intimidating, but it’s actually very quick and easy to prepare. It is juicy, tender, and delicious. Serve with side vegetables, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese for a fabulous meal. Baked lobster tail is perfect for special occasion dinners like Mother’s Day, Birthdays, Anniversaries, and Valentine’s Day.
Recipe serves 4
4 (4-5 ounces) Lobster tails-thawed
3-4 Tbsp butter-melted
1 Tsp black pepper
1 Tsp garlic powder
1 Tsp paprika
1 Tsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp parsley-chopped for garnish
1 Lemon-cut in wedges to serve
Bake 400F/204C for 12-15 minutes or until opaque but not over cooked. If you are using small lobsters cooking time will be shorter. I usually keep an eye on it as soon as it turns opaque I take them out of the oven.
Over cooking it will get very dry and it shrinks by half the size.
