How To make Low Calorie Eggnog
7 1/2 Eggs, separated
15 c Skim milk
3 3/4 ts Vanilla extract
22 1/2 ts Equal sweetener (3 pkg)
1 7/8 ts Brandy or rum flavoring
Ground nutmeg Combine the egg yolks and milk in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until the mixture coats a metal spoon. Cool. Beat the egg whites until soft peaks form. Add to the egg custard mixture with the vanilla, sweetener, and flavoring. Mix lightly. Cover and chill. Pour into serving cups and sprinkle with nutmeg. 1/2 cup serving - 70 calories, 1/2 med-fat meat Exchange + 1/2 Milk exch. 6

How to make low calorie non-alcoholic eggnog by Drinks Made Easy With so many rich high calorie foods around during the Christmas holidays, here's a nice low calorie Eggnog, that happens to be non-alcoholic. It's the perfect choice to help you fight your expanding waistline.
To make this drink you will need the following:
2 1/3 C Skim Milk
2 Eggs
3 Tbs. Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
2-3 dashes of Nutmeg
In a mixing bowl, add all of your ingredients and whisk for about a minute or so to get an even mixture. Place your mixture in the fridge for about 20-30 minutes and vio la! Your non- alcoholic low fat eggnog is ready.
