How To make Low Fat Vegetable Lasagne Roll Ups
Ingredients

lasagna noodles

broccoli, cooked 5 minutes, chopped

basil

cottage cheese, no-fat

mozzarella cheese, shredded

spaghetti sauce, jar
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook lasagne til tender. Drain. Lay flat on towel to dry. Combine all other ingredients except the sauce. Spoon about 1/3 c. of mixture onto each noodle, leaving about 2 inches at end; roll up. Spread some sauce in baking dish. Place rolls in dish seam-side down. Pour remaining sauce over rolls. Cover dish with foil and bake for 40 minutes.

Christmas dinner is easy, with this Amazing Lasagna roll-up recipe. This pasta, cheese, and meat mix with the perfect balance of spices and a touch of love is nothing short of perfection.
INGREDIENTS:
8 sheets of lasagna
2 1/2 lbs. ground meat
2 tbsp. Worcestershire
1 mediumdicede onion
4 cloves chopped garlic
1/2 cup basil
1/2 cup cilantro
1/2 parsley
2 tbsps. chopped sundried tomatoes
1 bottle of basil and garlic marinara sauce
1tsp. Oregano
1tsp. Italian seasoning
1tbsp. chicken bouillon
1 cup spinach
CHEESE FILLING INGREDIENTS
1/2 CUP ricotta cheese
1/2 cup roasted vegetable Cream cheese
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. basil
Boiled lasagna until in andante and lay in a lay pan add about 2 tbsp. pasta water between each sheet to prevent stricken to each other. In another pan add 2 tbsps. oil and 1 medium dice onion, garlic, thyme,1tbsp. basil, 1 tbsp. parsley 1 tbsp. cilantro, habanero peppers and sauté together for one minute. Add ground meat into the pan, 2 tbsp. Worcestershire, stir well allow the meat to cook for 10-15 minutes. Add 1 cup of marinara sauce, sundried tomatoes, 2 tbsps. basil, roasted vegetable cream cheese and mix well. Add chicken bouillon, cilantro, basil, and spinach mix well then add chicken bouillon, smoke paprika, oregano, Italian seasoning stir well and allow to cook for 30 minutes until it becomes a thick consistence.
Cheese filling
In a bowl add the ricotta cheese, roasted vegetable cream cheese sharp cheddar cheese, parmesan and basil ,mix well until all is combine.
In your baking pan , add an about a cup of marinara sauce on the bottom of the pan and set aside.

lay the lasagna sheet on a flat surface. Spread the cheese mixture on top lasagna sprinkle some shredded cheese the add the meat mixture spread out evenly sprinkle some more cheese and parsley then roll the lasagna from one end to the other. Place lasagna in the pan with the marinara sauce and bake for about 30 minutes about 20 minutes removed foiled paper until finished.

This was very quick and easy to make. The layers are easy to make and remember you can substitute any veggies you may have in your fridge.
Ingredients:
1 box white mushrooms
7 roma tomatoes
2 big red peppers
1 bag frozen organic broccoli
1 bag frozen organic cauliflower
1 spaghetti squash (baked and seasoned)
1/2 head of garlic
1 big sweet onion
1 box of basil
1 can unsalted tomato puree
2 TBS soaked dates
1 box De Boles gluten free lasagna sheets (precooked)
Himalayan salt to taste.
I used my vitamix to blend the sauce and it came out so smooth!

RECIPE
Ingredients
4 lasagna noodles
1 cup homemade pasta sauce
1/4 cup black beans
1/3 cup onions
2 tsp garlic
1 cup spinach
1/3 cup cottage cheese
1 oz mozzarella cheese
1 Tbsp parmesan
Procedure
Boil lasagna noodles until tender and al dente.
In the meantime, sauté onions, garlic and spinach in a little cooking spray. Once cooked, mix with cottage cheese and mozzarella. Set aside.
Preheat oven to 425F.
When noodles are cool to the touch, place on a sufficient work space.
Spread 1 Tbsp pasta sauce, 1 Tbsp black beans, and about 1/4 of the spinach mixture on each noodle.
Fill the bottom of a 5x7 baking dish with about 1/2 cup pasta sauce.
Roll up filled noodles and place in baking dish (all 4 fit in one dish). Top with remaining 1/4 cup pasta sauce and parmesan.
Bake roll-ups for 20 minutes, until cheese begins to brown on top as desired.
Devour!
