• 1 pound elbow noodles
• 1/2 cup salted butter
• 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
• 1½ teaspoon ground mustard
• 1½ teaspoon onion powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
• 3 cups milk whole, 2%, or 1%
• 8 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese
✅Instructions

1️⃣ Fill a large saucepan with water, and bring to a boil. Stir in the macaroni; cook until al dente. Drain well.
2️⃣ Meanwhile in another large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour, salt, pepper, onion powder, and mustard powder and cook 1-2 minutes.
3️⃣ Pour in milk and whisk until smooth. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, for 3-5 minutes until the sauce starts to thicken. Turn off the heat and whisk in cheese until melted.

Baked Macaroni & Cheese Recipe
LOOK NO FURTHER! LADIES AND GENTLEMEN BEHOLD THE MAC AND CHEESE RECIPE THAT WILL MAKE PEOPLE STALK YO ASS! LOL LITERALLY!!
[1] box of elbow macaroni (16oz)
Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 brick of Velveeta Cheese (16oz is in the video)
[2] Cans of Evaporated Milk (Not to be confused with condensed milk)
Grounded Annatto (Do Not Use SAZON as a substitute)
Monterey Jack Cheese (For the top)
Foil pan
Butter
Salt
Boil Macaroni
(DO NOT ADD OIL OR BUTTER TO THE WATER)
Preheat oven to 375
*Cheese Sauce*
In a sauce pan melt 2 tablespoons of butter
Then add 2 tablespoons of flour and whisk it.
-This is called a roux. (This is a thickening agent)
Whisk for 2 minutes or until you get a doughy crumb consistency.
Whisk in 1/3 cup of your milk until you get a smooth paste.
Then add the rest of your milk.
Whisk the milk on high heat until it gets warm.
Add Grounded Annatto until you get your desired color.
Add 2 tsp of salt.
Whisk.
Lower Heat.
[Cut the Velveeta block in half.
You'll be using 1 and 1/2 blocks of this.
and Half of your sharp cheese.]
Whisk in all your cheeses.
Turn up to medium high heat and WHISK until the sauce thickens.
When you get your desired thickness pour cheese sauce over Macaroni.
Top with the remainder of Sharp Cheddar Cheese and a 1/3 Block of
Monterey jack.
Bake covered with foil for 10 mins
Take off the foil and bake for another 20 - 30 mins or until the top becomes golden brown.

Thanksgiving series: The BEST Mac & Cheese ????⏲
Recipe:
- 1 lbs macaroni
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 4 cups heavy cream
- 2 tsp salt ( start off with 1 tsp, taste, and adjust to preference)
- 2 tsp white pepper
- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 cup pasta water
- 8 tbsp butter
- Handful minced garlic (garlic to your preference)
- 1 minced shallot
- 3 tbsp flour
- 8 oz freshly grated cheddar (sharp or mild)
- 8 oz freshly grated Gruyère ( or pepper jack)
- 8 oz freshly grated white cheddar
Instructions:
- Grab a pot & add heavy cream, cream cheese, and seasonings. Simmer on low heat while you prepare the rest of your dish. Don’t not let it simmer for too long, we just want to warm it up before we add it to our roux
- In a separate pot, bring a pot of water to a boil, add in your pasta and a Hefty pinch of salt, and boil until el dente. Save 1/2 cup of your pasta water!
- Drain your pasta and set to the side while you start on your sauce.
- (On low to medium heat) In the same pot that you boiled your pasta in, add in your butter and sauté your minced garlic and shallot for 2-4 minutes
- Now, add in your flour and continue to stir until it develops a beautiful light golden color (don’t allow it to get too deep in color) - then add in your simmered heavy cream mixture! (Make sure it’s still nice and warm, this will prevent your sauce from splitting) and your pasta water!
- Stir in your heavy cream mixture and pasta water in well, then you can add in all of your freshly grated cheeses (prepackaged shredded cheese won’t give you the same flavor or look) mix until melted and creamy
- This is also where you can taste your sauce and see if you’d like to add any more of whatever seating!
- Once your sauce is done, you can now add in your cooked pasta and stir until well coated!
- Grab the baking dish you’d like to serve your pasta in, and a layer of your Mac a layer of cheese another layer of Mac and another layer of cheese:)
- Bake ( 350°f) until your satisfied with how golden and toasted your top layer of cheese becomes (mine took about 10 min) can take up 20 min
- Top with scallions if you’d like

Ingredients
10 oz macaroni
3 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp flour
1 1/2 cup milk
1 tsp mustard powder
1/2 tsp nutmeg
3 1/2 cups cheese
Salt and pepper TT
Instructions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook your pasta to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a pot over medium heat, add butter. Once melted, add flour and cook for one minute. Next, slowly add your milk. Once all of your milk is added, season with mustard powder, nutmeg, salt & pepper.
Next, gradually add your cheese. Then add your cooked pasta and mix until combined.
Serve in a bowl with more fresh black pepper and enjoy!
