1 pound elbow macaroni
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
3 tablespoons mustard
1 cup diced peppers

Today I am making one of my favorite macaroni salads. I found a Reddit post discussing the ingredients of L & L Hawaiian BBQ macaroni salad. I recreated it and adjusted the ratios. It came out delicious! This macaroni salad is great for parties or your next bbq.

1 medium carrot (shredded)
1 1/2 Tbsp dehydrated onion
3 Tbsp pasta water (to rehydrate onion)
1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp tuna
1/4 tsp white pepper
1/4 tsp msg
1/2 tsp sugar (optional)

Ingredients
Pasta Salad:
10 oz (280 g) dry pasta of choice (gluten-free if needed)
1 green pepper (or color of choice) chopped
1 medium-sized onion diced
4 tomatoes diced
1 small cucumber diced
3/4 cup chopped dill pickles
olives (optional)
Oil-Free Dressing:
1 (15 oz) can white beans rinsed and drained
2/3 cup (160 ml) plant-based milk
1/4 cup (40 g) hulled hemp seeds OR 1/3 cup of soaked cashews
2-4 garlic cloves
1 tbsp Dijon mustard or more to taste
1 tbsp lime juice or lemon juice
1 tbsp white vinegar or apple cider vinegar or more to taste
1/2 tsp sea salt + more to taste
black pepper to taste
fresh dill to taste

Macaroni Salad Recipe with Ham and Cheese Ingredients:
2pcs ham sliced into cubes
82.5g cheese sliced into cubes (half of 1 block regular size cheese 165g)
1pc carrot sliced into cubes
250g elbow macaroni
1pack (220ml) mayonnaise
1tbsp sweet pickle relish
2 packs 115g pineapple tidbits
1/4cup raisins
1tsp white sugar
1tbsp pineapple juice (juice from pineapple tidbits)
How To Cook Macaroni Salad Recipe with Ham and Cheese Procedure:
Cook macaroni according to the package instructions along with 1 medium size carrot.
Heat the ham by frying or microwave.
Slice the cooked carrots into cubes.
Slice the cooked ham into cubes.
Slice half bar of cheese into cubes.
Let's mix all the ingredients.
In a bowl, pour 220ml mayonnaise. You can use any brand available.
Then, add the sliced ham, carrots, cheese, 2packs 115g pineapple tidbits drained, 1/4 cup raisins and 1tbsp sweet pickle relish.
Mix them well.
Then add 1tsp white sugar and 1tbsp pineapple juice (juice from pineapple tidbits).
Lastly, add the cooked elbow macaroni and mix well.
Refrigerate for atleast 4hours and serve cold.
