To Make White Sauce Macaroni
Macaroni - 1 1/2 Cups
Salt - 1 Tsp
Butter - 1 Tbsp
Oil - 1 Tsp
Onion - 1 No.chopped
Garlic - 5 Cloves Chopped
Capsicum
Pepper - 1/2 Tsp
Red Chilli Flakes - 1 Tsp
Italian Seasoning - 1 Tsp
To Make White Sauce
Butter - 1 1/2 Tbsp
All Purpose Flour - 2 Tbsp
Milk - 1 1/2 Cups
Salt - 11/4 Tsp
Pepper - 1/2 Tsp
Chilli Flakes - 1/2 Tsp
Mixed Herbs - 1/2 Tsp
Cheese - 2 Slices
Method
For Cooking the Macaroni
1. Pour water in a saucepan.
2. Add macaroni shells and salt to it.
3. Cook the macaroni completely, strain and keep it aside.
4. To a wide pan, add butter, oil, onion and garlic. Saute for 1 minute.
5. After the onions turn transparent, add red , green and yellow bell peppers.
6. Mix everything and add salt, pepper powder, chilli flakes, Italian seasoning and give it a quick mix again.
7. To this add cooked macaroni, stir well, turn off the stove and keep aside.
For Making the White Sauce
1. To a wide saucepan, add butter and all purpose flour. Combine it well.
2. Pour milk to this mixture and mix it with a whisk to make sure no lumps are formed.
3. Keep the flame on medium low to slow cook the sauce.
4. Now add salt, pepper powder, chili flakes, mixed herbs, mix well and let it cook.
5. Next add cheese slices and let it melt fully.
6. Check for seasoning and add if anything is required.
7. Once the cheese mixture becomes a bit thick and creamy, add the cooked macaroni to it and mix everything well.
8. Garnish with some chili flakes and freshly grated cheese.
9. Creamy & cheesy White sauce macaroni is ready to be served!

I love a good Big Mac, but it seems I never get one. They are messy, lazily put together or missing most of the Special Sauce. And I hate driving just for a sandwich. I found a copycat recipe that tastes exactly like the Big Mac sauce the sandwich is famous for. It goes together in a flash, but needs to be refrigerated overnight. No more pathetic Big Macs for me.

Big Mac Special Sauce “Copycat”
½ cup, 124g, mayonnaise
2 tablespoons, 50g, French dressing
4 teaspoons, 39g, sweet pickle relish
1 tablespoon, 15g, white onion
1 teaspoon white sugar
1 teaspoon, 5ml, white distilled vinegar
pinch kosher salt
dash white pepper
Whisk all ingredients together, cover and refrigerate overnight. Makes 8 ounces.

Recipe in English:
Ingredients
-Chicken boneless cubes 350 gms
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Oil 2 tbs
-Oil 1 tbs
-Mushroom sliced ½ Cup
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) strips 1 medium
-Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed ½ tsp
White Sauce:
-Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs
-Doodh (Milk) 1 & ½ Cups
-Dried oregano 1 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Cheddar cheese grated 2 tbs
-Shell pasta (boiled) 400 gms
Directions:
-Boiled pasta as per packet instructions & set aside.
-In bowl,add chicken,ginger garlic paste,salt and black pepper powder,mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.
-In frying pan,add oil and marinated chicken,cook until chicken is done & set aside.
-In frying pan,add oil,mushrooms and sauté for 1 minute.
-Add capsicum and sauté for 1 minute.
-Add red chili crushed,mix well & set aside.
White Sauce:
-In wok,add butter and let it melt,add all-purpose flour and mix well for 1 minute.
-Gradually milk and mix continuously until smooth & sauce thickens.
-Add dried oregano,black pepper powder,salt and cheddar cheese & mix well.
Assembling:
-In white sauce,add stir-fried vegetables,cooked chicken,boiled shell pasta and give it a good mix.
-Sprinkle dried oregano and serve.

-Frying pan mein oil aur marinated chicken dal dein aur chicken pak janay tak paka lein & side per rakh dein.
-Frying pan mein oil aur mushrooms dal ker 1 minute kliya sauté karein.
-Shimla mirch dal ker 1 minute kliya sauté ker lein.
-Lal mirch crushed dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
White Sauce:
-Karhai mein makhan dal ker melt karein aur maida dal ker 1 minute kliya ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Thora thora ker ka doodh shamil karein aur sauce soonth & garha hunay tak musalsal chamcha chalatay rahein.
-Dried oregano,kali mirch powder,namak aur cheddar cheese dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Assembling:
-White sauce mein stir-fried vegetables,cooked chicken aur boiled shell pasta dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Dried oregano dal ker serve karein.
