How To make Mango Cream Pie
1/2 package (15 oz.) refrigerated piecrusts
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/3 cup lime juice
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup rum
optional
1 jar (26 oz.) mango slices
1 cup whipping cream
2 Tablespoons sifted powdered sugar
Fresh mint sprigs :
for garnish
Fit piecrust into 9 inch pieplate according to package directions; fold edges under, and crimp. Prick bottom and sides of piecrust witha fork.
Bake at 450 for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown; set aside to cool.
Sprinkle gelatin over lime juice in a small saucepan; let stand 1 minute. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, 2 minutes or until gelatin dissolves. Remove from heat, and stir in condensed milk and, if desired, rum.
Process mango slices in a food processor or electric blender until smooth. Stir 2 cups mango into gelatin mixture, reserving remaining mango for another use; pour into prepared piecrust. Chill until set.
Beat whipping cream until foamy; gradually add powdered sugar, beating until soft peaks form. Spread over filling. Garnish, if desired. Makes 1 (9-inch) pie.

Hey loves~! Summer is around the corner so here's a delicious summer dessert recipe for y'all to try :D I just love mangoes, Philippine mangoes to be exact, especially around summer. This Mango Graham Cream Pie recipe is so easy to make. I was originally going to make a pie crust but then I remembered that a lot of you are requesting for a no bake dessert so I just went with a graham crust (and I got lazy too lol) I had fun making this and I hope you give this recipe a try :)

How to Make Mango Graham Cream Pie
Pie Dish: 22.86 cm (9 inch)
INGREDIENTS

~Mango Puree~
4 pcs. MANGOES, RIPE
100 g (1/2 cup) SUGAR
60 ml (4 tbsp) WATER
*Use a food processor or a blender for this. Blend until smooth
~Graham Crust~
70 g (5 tbsp) BUTTER, MELTED
150 g (1 1/2 cup) GRAHAM CRACKERS, CRUSHED (get it here:
67 g (1/3 cup) SUGAR
*Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
*OPTIONAL: Bake crust in a preheated 150°C (300°F) for 10 minutes. Let if cool down to room temperature before adding in your pie filling
~Mango Filling~
7 g (2 1/2 tsp) UNFLAVORED GELATIN (get it here:
*1 sachet is equivalent to 7g (2 1/2 tsp)
60 ml (4 tbsp) WATER, COLD
*dissolve and let the gelatin bloom for 5-10 minutes
474 ml (2 cups) ALL PURPOSE CREAM / WHIPPING CREAM, CHILLED
*If you're using WHIPPING CREAM, whip until firm stiff peaks
*If you're using ALL PURPOSE CREAM, lightly whisk the cream to loosen in up
MANGO PUREE
*Set in the fridge for at least 4 hours
~Vanilla Cream~
237 ml (1 cup) WHIPPING CREAM, CHILLED
*DO NOT use all purpose cream. It does not whip and hold its shape

Mango Tart
Ingredients for Dough:
All-purpose flour 3 cups
Icing sugar 1 ½ tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Butter (chilled) 250 g
Chilled water as required
White beans as required
Ingredients for Mango Mousse:
Mango cubes 1 cup
Whipping cream 2 cups
Mango essence 1 tsp
Gelatin powder + warm water (1 tsp + 1/4 cup)
Ingredients for Mango Jelly:
Mango puree 1 ½ cup
Sugar 1/2 cup
Slurry (corn flour 3 tbsp + water 1/3 cup)
Ingredients for Assembling:
Mango mousse
Mango jelly
Prepared tart
Mango slices
Whipped cream as required
Directions for Dough Preparation:
1. In a bowl add flour, icing sugar, salt and mix well. add butter and mix well to form crumbs.
2. Now add chilled water and knead a smooth dough.
3. Refrigerate the dough for 1-15 minutes.
4. Now transfer the dough onto silicon mat and dust flour. Roll it out into flat circle.
5. Place the rolled out dough into tart pan and cut the extra edges.
6. Prick the dough with fork. Place butter paper on the dough and add white beans to sustain the shape of tart while baking.
7. Bake the tart at 180°C for 20 minutes. Take out of the oven and set aside.
Directions for Mango Mousse Preparation:
8. In a blender add mango cubes and blend into smooth puree.
9. In a bowl add whipping cream and whip until foamy. Add puree into it and fold with the help of spatula.
10. Add gelatin mixture, mango essence and mix well. Your Mango Mousse is ready.
Directions for Mango Jelly Preparation:
11. In a pan filter the mango puree through sieve. Add sugar and cook until sugar dissolves
12. Add slurry and cook until it thickens in consistency.
13. Let it cool at room temperature. Your Mango Jelly is ready.
Directions for Assembling:
14. Remove the beans and butter paper from the tart.
15. Add a layer of mango mousse and mango jelly. Top it with sliced mangoes and whipped cream.
16. Your Mango Tart is ready. Cut a slice and enjoy.
Preparation time: 30 mins
Cooking time: 35 mins

Recipe:
To make the crust, melt Emborg Unsalted Butter in a pan, mix in crushed graham and sugar.
Mold crust in a pan and freeze for 2 hours.
To make mango mousse, bloom gelatin in water for 5 minutes, then heat for 1 minute.
In a mixer, beat Emborg Whip Topping and Emborg Full Cream Milk to stiff peaks. Add in sugar, chopped mangoes and gelatin. Fold all the ingredients together.
Fill crust with mango mousse. Then, chill and top with mangoes.
Serve and enjoy!
