Marinated Grilled Chicken Recipe
Hi Guys, today I’ll show you How to Make Marinated Grilled Chicken. There is no chopping, grinding or preparation for this recipe. PRINT RECIPE:

Link to Grill Review: It requires very little time and effort and gives you juicy, flavorful grilled chicken. For the marinade, we’ll need 1 tsp coarse salt, ½ tsp ground black pepper, 2 tsps paprika, ½ tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp onion powder, ½ tsp dried oregano. I’ll crush in my palms to release the oils and fragrance. ½ tsp dried thyme, crush the thyme. Dried herbs are more potent and perfect for marinades. Apple cider vinegar, 1.5 tbsps and 2 tsps of vegetable oil. Stir to make a thick paste. I’m using 2 large chicken breasts, boneless and skinless. The total weight is about 1.3 pounds or 600 grams. A little more or less weight is fine, the amount of marinade will be enough. You can substitute chicken thighs in this recipe. Rub the paste all over both sides of the chicken breasts. Marinate this for at least an hour, a few hours is even better. I like to lightly oil my grill. When the grill is hot, put the chicken on. Cook until done, if you are using a meat thermometer, the internal temperature of chicken breast should be 165 degrees Fahrenheit or 74 degrees celsius. It takes about 9 minutes on this George Foreman Grill. I have put a link below the video if you want to see a full review of the grill. The chicken is grilled nicely, time to take them off. Let them rest for a few minutes before cutting into them. The chicken is perfectly cooked, very juicy. It tastes great and is a healthy source of protein. Grill vegetables and serve with this chicken for a quick meal. Use this grilled chicken when a recipe calls for cooked chicken. If you slice the breasts thin and put them on toasted bread with mayo and hot sauce, some lettuce, you have a quick and tasty sandwich. They are also great in wraps. The whole family will love this recipe. The whole secret lies in the marinade, which is ideal for baked chicken drumsticks. Baked chicken drumsticks combined with creamy potatoes will turn an ordinary dinner into a festive one.
Ingredients:
16 chicken legs
2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon paprika
black pepper
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sugar (or honey)
3 tablespoons of olive oil
4-5 garlic cloves
Mix well and leave to marinate for 30-35 minutes.
1-2 bulbs
1 tablespoon olive oil
20-30 grams of butter
Fry the onion until soft
2 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons flour
fry for 2-3 minutes until golden
500ml milk
Salt, black pepper
Cook for a few minutes until the mixture thickens
700-800 g potatoes
Salt, black pepper
Grease a baking dish with butter
Bake at 200 degrees for 45-55 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Chicken legs Bake at 200C for 40-50 minutes

GRILLED CHICKEN WITH GARLIC AND LEMON | GRILLED CHICKEN RECIPE
Grilled Chicken with Garlic and Lemon | Grilled Chicken Recipe | Lemon Garlic Grilled Chicken | Easy Grilled Chicken | Garlic Lime Grilled Chicken | Grill Chicken Recipe | Grilled Chicken
Ingredients for Grilled Chicken:
- Chicken fillets, 1/2” thick- 4 (around 400 gms total in weight)
- Salt- 3/4 tsp
- Crushed Pepper- 1/2 tsp
Marinade: (All US spoon measures)
- Dark Soy Sauce- 1 tbsp
- Red Chilli Sauce- 1 tbsp
- Honey- 3 tbsp
- Brown Sugar- 1 tbsp
- Lemon Juice- 1.5 tbsp
- Grated Ginger- 1/2 tsp
- Minced Garlic- 1 tsp (4 cloves)
Other Ingredients:
- Olive Oil- 1 tbsp
Preparation:
- Pat dry the chicken fillets and cut to make all flattish and uniformly thick (about 1/2 inch).
- Season the fillets with salt and crushed pepper on both sides and set aside for 15 mins.
- Grate the ginger & garlic.
- Prepare the marinade and add it to the seasoned chicken fillets. Mix it well to coat the fillets and set aside for 60 mins.
Process:
- Preheat the grill pan and brush it with olive oil.
- Now place the chicken fillets side by side without the marinade and grill it on medium heat for 3 mins. Flip it and repeat on the other side for 3 mins.
- Baste the fillets with the marinade and grill on both sides for 3 mins on each side on low heat.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro (coriander) leaves and serve hot on a bed of Herbed Rice & Sautéed Vegetables on the side.
