2524 Mom's Broccoli and Chickpea Salad - Mary Ann Esposito, Ciao Italia
Mary Ann Esposito prepares Broccoli and Chick Pea Salad with her lovely mother, Louise, in the typical, Italian style basement kitchen! Apparently no one cooks in their upstairs kitchens in Italy—all the good work is down in the basement. This is a wonderful vignette of the beloved chef cooking with her own mother.
FYI-The video title states chicken, but this is a vegetarian recipe, no chicken, just chick peas....delicious!
Happy Mother's Day!
