Dijon Flank Steak Recipe
Are you brave enough to get to the grill early this spring? This quick and delicious Certified Angus Beef ® flank steak with a Dijon mustard marinade is perfect to get out to the grill. No matter your skill level, you’ll love preparing and eating this steak. It’s flavorful, requires minimal prep work and is easy to grill.

INGREDIENTS:
Certified Angus Beef ® flank steak (1 1/2 to 2 pounds)
1/3 cup Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons champagne or white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons minced shallot
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves
2 teaspoons coarse kosher salt
1 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper

3/4 cup red wine
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp pepper
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
Italian Steak Marinade
3 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tsp dijon mustard
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp onion powder
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Fajita Steak Marinade
1/3 cup lime juice
1/4 cup pineapple juice (no sugar added)
2 tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes, or more to taste
1 tsp. sea salt
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
2 tbsp. olive oil
Garlic & Herb
1/4 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp rosemary
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Ginger Soy Steak Marinade
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
1/3 cup olive oil
1 1/2 tbsp raw honey
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp minced fresh ginger
Lemon Pepper Steak Marinade
1 tbsp. lemon zest
3 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp. black peppercorns crushed
1/2 tsp. sea salt
2 tbsp. olive oil
Chipotle Steak Marinade
2 tsp. adobo sauce (from canned chipotle peppers)
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. sea salt
