How To make Mediterranean Bow Ties with Turkey Sausage
8 oz Bow Ties or Rigatoni
-OR other medium pasta -shape, uncooked 1 tb Vegetable or olive oil
1 lb Italian turkey sausage
1 md Onion
chopped
1 Garlic clove :
minced
6 oz Tomato paste
6 oz Water
1 tb Dry mustard
1/4 ts Freshly ground pepper
1 t Dried oregano
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 Cinnamon stick (optional)
1 tb Lemon juice
1/2 c Feta cheese, crumbled
Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain. In a large skillet, saute turkey sausage, onion and garlic in oil for approximately 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Add remaining ingredients, except the pasta and feta cheese. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Add pasta and mix well. Spoon into serving bowl and sprinkle with feta cheese. Each serving provides: 502 Calories; 28.4 g Protein; 51.8 g Carbohydrates; 20.9 g Fat; 79.5 mg Cholesterol;
936 mg Sodium. Calories from Fat: 37%

Ingredients:
-Olive oil 2 tbs
-Beef Mince 500 gms
-Onion (chopped) 1 small
-Garlic (chopped) 2 cloves
-Salt 2 tsp
-Black pepper 1 tsp
-Red chilli flakes 1 tsp
-Tomatoes (chopped) 1 cup
-Heavy cream 1 & 1/2 cup
-Italian seasoning 1 tbs
-Spinach 1 cup
-Bow tie pasta 2 cups
-Fresh Parsley
Directions:
-In a wok, add olive oil, mince and cook for 5-7 minutes. then add onion, garlic and cook for 1minute.
-Add salt, black pepper, red chili flakes and mix.
-Add tomatoe, heavey cream and italian seasoning, mix it, cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
-Add spinach and mix it. then add boiled bow tie pasta, give it a good mix.
-Ground Beef Bow Tie Pasta is ready!

Best Pasta Salad Ever????
1 pound Rotini pasta, multicolored
3 cups cherry tomatoes,halfed
1/4 cup red onion, diced
1/2 cup broccoli, sliced
1/2 cup cucumbers, diced
1/2 cup kalamata(black)olives,sliced
1/4 cup carrot,sliced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 yellow bell pepper, diced
1 bottle of Wishbone Italian Dressing
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2-3 pinches red pepper flakes (optional)
Boil the pasta according to the directions on the package. Allow to pasta to cool.(You can run cold water over pasta to help it cool faster.)
In a bowl, add and mix all the ingredients together. Refrigerate before serving. *In my opinion it taste the best the next day bc everything has marinated over night*

Easy 20 Minute Turkey & Bow Tie pasta
Cook pasta as directed on box
Turkey Seasonings (give or take)
1 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp chicken bouillon
2 garlic cloves minced or pressed
dash of black pepper
When combining cooked pasta with turkey and tomato sauce, season to taste.
