How To make Mediterranean Fettuccine with Shrimp and Spin
12 oz Fettuccine, uncooked
1 c Plain, non-fat yogurt
1/2 c Crumbled feta cheese
2 Garlic cloves
minced
1 tb Chopped fresh dill :
OR...
1 t -Dried dill
1/2 ts Freshly ground black pepper
12 oz Medium frozen shrimp
thawed 10 oz Frozen chopped spinach
:
thawed Salt to taste
In this dish, the shrimp and spinach are cooked with the pasta. Prepare pasta according to package directions. While the pasta is cooking, stir together the yogurt, feta cheese, garlic, dill and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Two minutes before the pasta is done, stir the shrimp and spinach into the pot with the pasta. Cook two minutes. Drain the pasta, shrimp and spinach thoroughly. Stir into the yogurt mixture and season to taste with salt. Serve immediately. Each serving provides: 537 Calories; 43 g Protein; 67 g Carbohydrates; 11 g Fat; 299 mg Cholesterol; 641 mg Sodium. INGREDIENTS:
???? 3/4 lb thin spaghetti
???? Kosher salt
???? Extra virgin olive oil
???? 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined (thawed if frozen)
???? Black pepper
???? ½ red onion chopped
???? 5 garlic cloves minced
???? 1 teaspoon dry oregano
???? ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes or 1 teaspoon Aleppo pepper flakes
???? 1 cup dry white wine I used Pinot Grigio
???? 1 lemon zested and juiced
???? Large handful chopped fresh parsley about 1 cup packed
???? 2 to 3 vine ripe tomatoes chopped
???? Parmesan cheese to your liking.

Shrimp Spinach Bacon Alfredo
Here is what you'll need!
Shrimp Bacon Spinach Alfredo
Serves 3-4
INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons oil
4 cloves garlic, chopped
2 pounds shrimp
3 cups spinach
½ onion, chopped
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups heavy cream
1 pound fettuccine, cooked
6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
1 cup parmesan cheese
½ cup parsley, chopped
PREPARATION
Heat oil over medium heat in a large pot.
Cook the garlic and the shrimp until the shrimp is pink, then remove the shrimp.
Add the spinach, onions, salt, and pepper, cooking until the onions are translucent.
Pour in the cream and bring to a boil.
Add the fettuccine, stir until the pasta is evenly cooked.
Mix in the cooked shrimp, bacon, parmesan, and parsley until the cheese is melted.
Serve!
