How To make Mexican Rice (Mcdougall)
1 Onion, chopped
1 Green pepper, chopped
1 Bunch scallions, chopped
1/2 lb Mushrooms, sliced
2 cl Garlic, minced
1/2 c Water
1 cn Chopped tomatoes (16 oz)
1 cn Chopped green chilies (4 oz)
2 ts Chili powder
1 ts Ground cumin
Dash or two of tabasco 5 c Cooked brown rice
Saute the onion, green pepper, scallion, mushrooms, and garlic in the 1/2 cup of water for 10 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Cook over low heat for about 10 minutes, or until heated through, stirring frequently.

Creamy Taco Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 steamed potatoes (yellow preferred)
1 tbsp of water
1 tsp of non-dairy milk
1 tsp of lemon juice
1 tsp of onion powder
1 tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of smoked paprika
1 tsp of cumin
1 tsp of salt
Directions:
Blend in your high-speed blender until smooth
Enjoy!

Ingredients:
⅓ cup of hemp seeds
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp cumin

1 tbsp maple syrup
½ cup of water
Directions:
Blend in your high-speed blender until smooth

McDougall Oil Free Mayo-Starch Solution
McDougall Oil Free Mayo! Finally! This recipe is from the Starch Solution book by Dr. John McDougall. This Oil Free Mayo is so quick and easy. Takes about 2 minutes to make. Most store bought vegan mayo is full of oil and other not so great ingredients. This recipe has whole food plant based ingredients. Perfect if you are following the Starch Solution diet. This Oil Free mayo is creamy and so delicious. I hope you try Mcdougall's oil free mayo. Here is what you will need to make this oil free whole food plant based mayo:
*Ingredients*
**one 12 ounce box of Mori Nu silken tofu drained
1 1/2 T lemon juice
1 tsp granulated sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp white pepper
1/4 tsp dry mustard ( I used 1 tsp Dijon mustard)
*Instructions*
place all ingredients into a food processor and blend till smooth.
Store in a glass jar in the fridge.
That is it simple and so yummy!

MARY'S MINI DIET | RICE MINI | WHAT I EAT IN A DAY
Good Morning Everyone!
Here is another What I Eat in a Day video with a Mary's Mini twist! I'm currently on a Rice Mini and feeling fantastic! My rice mini will come to an end on Thursday and because I know people will ask, I've lost 7 lbs so far. Due to some set backs in the gym I have to admit it's nice that my weight hasn't been affected due to this diet.

I wrote a blog post about my Mary's Mini experience that might be a good resource for you I'd you want to get this diet out as well.
