How To make Microwave Fudge

confectioners' sugar
1/2
cup
cocoa
1/4
cup
milk
1/4
pound
butter or margarine
1
teaspoon
vanilla
1/2

nuts, chopped
Directions:
Lightly grease an 8 inch square dish. Set aside.
Place confectioners' sugar and cocoa in a medium-sized, heat-resistant, non-metallic mixing bowl. Stir to combine. Add milk and butter to sugar-cocoa mixture. DO NOT STIR. Heat, uncovered, on FULL POWER 2 minutes. After cooking, stir just to combine ingredients. Add vanilla and nuts. Stir until blended. Pour into prepared dish and refrigerate for 1 hour before cutting and serving.

Christmas Fudge
Colorful and festive, this fun homemade Christmas fudge is a family favorite every holiday. White chocolate chips and vanilla frosting are melted in the microwave and then swirled with food coloring for a rich and creamy decadent candy.

INGREDIENTS
1 12-ounce bag white chocolate chips about 2 cups
1 16-ounce container vanilla frosting
Red and Green gel food coloring
INSTRUCTIONS
Line an 8 x 8 casserole dish with foil. Spray with nonstick spray.
In a large microwave-safe bowl place the white chocolate chips.
Microwave on high for one minute and stir.
Add the vanilla frosting to the melted chips.
Microwave for 30 seconds and stir. Microwave at 15-second intervals until you achieve melted and smooth mixture.
Measure out ¾ cup of the mixture into two different bowls and leave the remaining mixture in the original bowl. The original bowl will stay white.
Tint each ¾ cup bowl full of fudge with red coloring and green coloring to the desired depth of color.
Drop big tablespoons of each color into the foiled pan in random patterns. Then take a table knife and run it through the fudge to create a marbled design.
Refrigerate uncovered until set at least an hour.
Remove the fudge from the pan and peel the foil back. Cut into squares to serve!

Magical Microwave Fudge | Recipe | Cook4Comfort
Such a simple fudge recipe.
Ingredients:
- 125 g butter
- 2 cups icing sugar
- 1 tin condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Method is basically to put the first three ingredients in a large microwavable bowl. Then microwave and mix together in increments of 2 minutes and then 1 minutes. You add vanilla essence just before a final mix and pressing into the greased tin/dish to cool down.
The video can get a bit repetitive and boring, but I wanted to show you how the consistency of the mixture should change between microwaves. If you just want to jump to how it should look before setting go to 4:02.
You could need to microwave more or less depending on a number of factors. Look at the consistency of the mixture to know when it's ready. This is just an indication, but my microwave increments this time were:
- 2 minutes (x2)
- 1 minute (x9)
- 30 seconds (x1)
Tips:
- Don't use a glass bowl, because it will get too hot, but Pyrex can work
- Use a deep bowl, so that the mixture doesn't boil over
- Make sure the mixture is cooked enough or it won't set (it should be coming away from the sides of the mixing bowl)
