How To make Miso Pesto Pasta
1 pk EDEN Extra Fine Pasta
-OR- Pesto Pasta 1/2 c Pine nuts or walnuts
-- toasted 1/4 c EDEN Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 Cloves garlic; pressed
1/2 c Water
1 1/2 tb EDEN Shiro Miso
4 c Loosely packed fresh basil
-OR 1/2 basil & 1/2 parsley Cook pasta according to directions until tender, and drain. Toast nuts in a dry skillet until golden brown being careful not to burn. Grind in a blender and set aside. In blender, combine olive oil, garlic, miso and water; blend. Chop the basil fine, add to blender and process. Add nuts and blend until creamY smooth. Pour pesto over hot pasta. Mushroom Pasta
This is a mushroom pasta that's nice and juicy, in no way dry and dull even though it's not lavished with a cream based or tomato sauce. This pasta is buttery and garlicky, and it's 6 ingredient magic at its best.
Plus my little trick to make extra buttery mushrooms using LESS butter!

LEARN HOW TO MAKE A QUICK KALE PESTO RECIPE RIGHT AT HOME!
LAY HO MA! Pesto is seriously one of my favourite things to make and have on hand. The various ingredients you can add into this Heavenly paste is unbelievable and once you have it on hand and ready to go, you can throw together a very tasty meal in minutes! Join me in this episode and learn how to make a quick kale pesto pasta recipe. Let's begin
Ingredients:
160g fresh basil
160g kale
3 pieces garlic
1 1/2 tsp salt
pepper to taste
1/2 cup almonds
1/4 tsp chili powder
3/4 cups olive oil
1/4lb pasta
1 cup fresh peas
2 lemon wedges
Directions:
1. Pick and remove the leaves from the basil and kale. Place into the blender along with the garlic, salt, pepper, almonds, chili powder, and olive oil. Blend on medium to medium low using the tamper if necessary
2. Transfer the pesto to a container and store in the refrigerator (enjoy up to a couple of weeks) or freezer
3. Bring a pot of water to boil for the pasta. Cook the pasta to package instructions. Save about 1/4 cup of pasta water
4. When the pasta is cooked, strain out the water. Add the peas, 2-3 tbsp pesto, and the reserved pasta water
5. Give the pasta a good stir to combine
6. Plate the pasta, add some pepper to taste, and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice
