Pineapple (dices & frozen) - 1 Cup Ice Cubes - 8 nos Coconut Milk - ½ Cup Pineapple Juice - 1 ½ Cups Fresh Cream - ¼ Cup Brown Sugar - 2 tbsp Cherry (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cut the pineapple into chunks and freeze for at least 4 hours.
2. In a blender, combine the frozen pineapple, ice cubes, coconut milk, pineapple juice, fresh cream, and brown sugar. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour into a glass and garnish with pineapple slices and cherries.

If you're looking for something sweet, fruity, and slightly creamy and frothy, look no further than the classic Pink Lady Cocktail. This is a classic recipe that is sure to please. Even on my laziest days when my hair is a wreck, I skip the make up routine, and I'm wearing two different shoes (it has actually happened), this drink still makes me feel like a classy lady. It's light, refreshing, and delightfully balanced.
The Pink Lady
1 1/2 oz Gin 3/4 oz Simple Syrup 3/4 oz Lemon Juice 1/2 oz Applejack 1/4 oz Grenadine 1 Egg White
Mime shake all ingredients (remember, this means without ice) until well combined, then add ice and shake again. Strain over one large ice cube, and garnish with three Luxardo cherries (because 3 cherries are classier than 1 cherry).
