How To make Nancy's Sesame Noodles
4 tb Peanut Butter
3 ts Water (see directions)
2 ts Sesame oil
1 ds Soy sauce
1/2 ts Sugar
1 ds Tobasco, to taste
3 c Cooked Spaghetti noodles
Cook spaghetti, drain and rinse with cold water (adjust how much spaghetti you make depending upon how hungry you are!) Mix peanut butter with a few teaspoons of warm water until creamy and light in color. Add sesame oil, dash soy sauce, dash Tobasco to taste. Pour over spaghetti. Serve with Nancy's Sesame Chicken.

Hello Guys,Today I am making this crispy crunchy Shrimp Balls with herbs and egg roll cut into noddles.you can substitute egg roll noddles to choice of yours to pasta or even maggi Just cook them until done and drain excess water and dry them in paper towel until no moist is present. this is great recipe that calls for very few ingredients. in-fact you can even steam them with Swiss chard leaves as a roll or even kale. there are no limits to make this appetizer in many fun ways.i tried steaming it with red and green chard greens by rolling the shrimp paste mixture into the leaves and steamed for 12-15 minutes and it was super delicious.i personally liked steamed version better cos it had all the flavor of shrimp and the greens.great way to feed kids if you steam them and for some crunchiness fun deep frying is the way to go.

Ingredients :
1 lbs Shrimp
1 tbsp corn flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp toasted or regular sesame oil
1 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp white or black pepper
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
5-6 basil leaves
2 tbsp green onions(green part)
10-15 fresh egg roll sheets cut into noodles or any type of noodles cooked
oil for frying
If steaming I used Swiss Chard Leaves place shrimp paste inside and roll the leaves and steam for 12-15 minutes.

Dash of sesame oil
Directions
1. Clean ginger and garlic.
2. Wash in salty water
3. Blend in food processor, add vegetable oil to ease up blending
4. When smooth, add a dash of sesame oil.
5. Scoop into sterile containers
6. Refrigerate for up to one week and freeze for up to 3 months

RECIPE BELOW: This delicious saucy chicken & bok choy over crispy pan fried noodles is a popular dish served at many dim sum restaurants. ENJOY!
Serves 4
Ingredients:
• 3/4 pkg/~12 oz steamed egg noodles
• 1 chicken thigh, sliced
• 1/2# baby bok choy or large bok choy cut in small sections
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 C chicken broth
• Cornstarch slurry (1 Tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 Tbsp water ) as needed to desired thickness
• 1/2 Tbsp seasoning salt -Watch video-S1Ep76-
• 1/4 TSp White pepper
• 1.5 Tbsp Oyster sauce
• 1 Tsp Sesame oil
• 1 Tbsp Shaoxing wine
• Oil for cooking
Marinade:
• 1/2 Tsp seasoning salt (Watch video-S1Ep76)
• 1/4 Tsp White pepper
• 1/2 Tsp Sesame oil
• 1 Tsp Shaoxing wine
