How To make Oat Flour Muffins
1 c AM Oat Flour
1 ts Non-alum baking powder
1/2 ts Sea salt (optional)
2 tb Raw honey
1/3 c Buttermilk
1/2 c Raisins or dates
-OR- chopped nuts 1 tb AM Unrefined Vegetable Oil
1 Egg; beaten
-OR- egg replacer Stir together dry ingredients. Mix liquids and fruit or nuts together and add to dry mixture, stirring lightly. Fill 6 oiled muffin tins 1/2 full and bake 15 minutes at 425 F. - 130g (1 1/2 cup) rolled oats
- 177ml (3/4 cup) milk
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 ripe bananas
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp sugar
- semi-sweet chocolate chips(optional)
➤ Tips
1. Bake them after preheating the oven
2. You can use almond milk instead of milk
3. If you are using a 12 cup muffin pan, double the amount of recipe

This is a recipe for healthy blueberry oat muffins that do not require any sugar, oil or flour. These can be a good breakfast option if you are in a rush, or a healthy snack if you feel like eating something sweet. These blueberry muffins are a great low calorie dessert.
Ingredients
2 and 1/3 of a cup Old fashioned oats – 7 ounces
3 very ripe medium bananas (about 3 - 3.5 oz each) no more than 11 oz
2 large whole eggs
1/4 (1.5 oz/g) cup monkfruit sugar
¾ of a cup 6 oz non fat greek yogurt
1 tsp (4 g) vanilla extract
1 tsp (2 g) cinnamon
1 tsp (4 g) baking powder
1/2 tsp (3 g) baking soda
