How To make Oatmeal Applesauce Bread
INGREDIENTS:
3 3/8 c Flour, bread
1 1/2 tb Sugar
1 1/2 tb Dry milk powder
1 1/2 ts Salt
1 1/2 tb Canola Oil
1/3 c Oatmeal (or, 1 pkt of Quaker
Date, Raisin, Walnut Oatmeal Instant Cereal - preferred) 1/3 c Applesauce
1 ts Cinnamon
7 1/2 oz Water
1 ts Dry yeast
Directions; Place all ingredients except yeast in baking pan in order listed. Place yeast in receptacle. Bake on Rapid. (Panasonic 65) For other machines, place ingredients in order required by the machine you use. NOTE: This recipe is adapted from a Panasonic recipe. The use of the Quaker Instant Raisin, Date and Walnut cereal was a happy coincidence. I was out of oatmeal of all sorts, except that variety. It might be interesting to try Peaches and Cream, or Strawberries and Cream or some of the others for a different taste. This is a slightly sweet bread, but goes good with everything. Great taste from simple ingredients! Light dessert for breakfast in 5 minutes! The recipe is simple and quick, but very tasty. Easy dessert recipe in 5 minutes. All I can say is that it was over very quickly, and I will definitely do it again soon.
Ingredients:
130 g oat flakes(gluten free) (1 1/2 cup)
240 ml hot water (1 cup)
leave to soak for 5 minutes
2 eggs
30 g(2 1/2 tbsp) sweetener(stevia/or your choice)
1 tsp vanilla extract
120 g yogurt (1/2 cup)
50 g melted and cooled butter(1/4 cup)
1 apple
80 g blueberries (2.5 oz)
7 g baking powder (1/2 tbsp)
20 x 8 cm baking form(7.9 x 3.1 inch)
bake for 50 minutes at 180°C/ 360°F

pinch of salt
10 g coconut flour(or oat flour) / 1 1/4 tbsp
5 g baking powder / 1 tsp
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 medium eggs
35 g sweetener(stevia/or your choice) / 2 3/4 tbsp
15 g melted butter(or coconut oil) / 1 tbsp
1 apple
1 medium carrot
30 g chopped walnuts / 4 tbsp
18 x 13 cm / 7 x 5 inches baking tray
decorate with nuts
bake 35 minutes at 180°C/ 360°F

INGREDIENTS:
2-Cups Sugar
4- Cups Flour
2-Cups Apple Sauce
2/3- Cups Oil
2Tsp. Vanilla Extract
4-Eggs
6-Tbsp. Milk
2-Tsp. Baking Soda
1-Tsp. Baking Powder
1-Tsp. Cinnamon
1/2- Tsp. Nutmeg
Pinch Salt
DIRECTIONS:
PREHEAT your oven to 350
Place all the wet ingredients in a mixing bowl
Mix until well combined and smooth
Place all the dry ingredients into a bowl
Mix with spoon until blended
Slowly add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients
Mix until well combined
Spray your 13x9 baking pan
Pour your mixture into your 13x9 baking pan
Place into your 350 degree oven and bake for 35/40 minutes or until nice and brown on top

This time I share the healthy rolled oats apple bread recipe. As the title suggests, there are a lot of apples in this bread, so no flour, no eggs, no sugar, no butter. You really have to try it you won't be sorry.
It's a delicious bread for breakfast, very healthy and filling. It needs to be refrigerated that will last for a week (i just wrap it in aluminum foil but you can put it in a glass container).
