15MIN Noodle Stir Fry Recipe TO MAKE TONIGHT!
LEARN HOW TO COOK THIS FAST NOODLE STIR FRY IN 15MIN OR LESS!
LAY HO MA!! Noodles for you, noodles for me, noodles for everyone! Not only is this recipe delicious, it only takes about 15 minutes or less to whip up. Join me in this episode and learn how to cook this easy vegan 15min noodle stir fry recipe right at home. Let's begin
Ingredients:
60g broccolini
1/4lb thin rice noodles
150g mixed fresh mushrooms (cremini, shiitake, shimeji)
2 sticks green onion
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
1 tsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp white sesame seeds
Directions:
1. Boil some water in a kettle for the noodles
2. Chop down the broccolini into bite sized pieces
3. Place the noodles in a pan or bowl and soak in the hot water for 3-4min
4. Slice the cremini mushrooms and roughly chop the shiitake
5. Chop the green onion into bite sized pieces
6. Make the sauce and have it ready by combining the hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and both soy sauces
7. Give the noodles a stir to get rid of some excess starch. Then, strain out the water
8. Heat up a nonstick pan to medium heat. Drizzle in some olive oil
9. Sauté the broccolini and green onions for 2-3min. Add in and sauté the mushrooms for another 2-3min. Then, add in the noodles and sauce. Sauté until the noodles are cooked (about 2min)
10. Plate and sprinkle over some white sesame seeds

LAY HO MA (how's it going in Cantonese)! Talk about saucy noodles that have a crazy satisfying elasticity! These shirataki noodles are a great substitute to wheat or rice based noodles and should be available at your local Asian grocery store. Join me in this episode and learn how to make a quick and tasty shirataki noodles recipe tonight!
Ingredients:
400g shirataki
2-3 pieces garlic
60g Chinese chives
small piece ginger
75g oyster mushrooms
1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp black vinegar (or rice vinegar)
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp chili oil (
1/2 tsp crushed chili flakes (optional)
75g bean sprouts
1/2 tbsp potato starch + 1 tbsp water
1/2 tsp white sesame seeds
Directions:
1. Rinse and drain the shirataki and set aside
2. Thinly slice the garlic and chop the Chinese chives into bite sized pieces. Chop the ginger into thin matchsticks. Tear the oyster mushrooms into bite sized pieces
3. Make the stir fry sauce by combining the soy sauce, dark soy sauce, black vinegar, and maple syrup
4. Heat up a nonstick pan to medium heat. Add the oyster mushrooms and dry sauté for 4-5min. Set the mushrooms aside
5. Heat the pan to medium low. Add the chili oil followed by the garlic, ginger, and optional crushed chili flakes. Cook for about 2-3min
6. Add the Chinese chives and turn the heat to medium. Cook for another couple of minutes
7. Add the oyster mushrooms, bean sprouts, and shirataki. Give the stir fry sauce a stir and add onto the shirataki. Sauté for a couple of minutes
8. Make a slurry by combining the potato starch and water together. Pour the slurry into the pan and give it a good stir
9. Plate and sprinkle over some white sesame seeds to serve

Garlic Chili Oil Noodles:
4 cloves of minced garlic
thumb size knob of ginger, minced
½ a shallot, minced.
2 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tbsp of black vinegar
1 tsp of sugar
½ tsp of salt
korean chili flakes or Gochugaru
¼ cup of avocado oil
Ruffled wheat noodles
shredded cucumbers
sesame seeds
Miso Carbonara:
2 eggs
1 tbsp of yellow miso
½ cup grated pecorino
½ tsp of black pepper
bacon
garlic cloves
salt and cook spaghetti until just al dente.
½ cup of the pasta water
pinch of black pepper
Broccoli Beef Stir-Fry
¼ cup soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp rice vinegar
½ tsp black pepper
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp grated ginger
¾ lb of flap meat
1 tbsp cornstarch
red onion
broccolini or baby broccoli
rice noodles or thai noodle
¼ cup broth
