How To make Onion 'N Pepper Beef Steak Sandwich
2 ts Olive oil
1 ea Onion, cut into 1/4" wedges
1 ea Medium jalapeno pepper cut
Crosswise into rings. 1 ea Small clove garlic
8 oz Beef round tip steak cut 1/8
To 1/4" thick 2 ea Kaiser rolls
1/4 c Chopped tomato
Heat oil in large non stick skillet over medium heat. Add onion, jalapeno pepper and garlic; stir fry 3-4 minutes or until lightly browned. remove from skillet; reserve. Add beef steaks to skillet; cook over medium-high heat 1-2 minutes, turning once. DO NOT OVERCOOK. Place equal amounts of beef on bottom half of each kaiser roll. This pepper steaks recipe is so so delicious and easy to make at home. Just steak and a few ingredients and you have tasty stir fried beef with fluffy basmati rice.
INGREDIENTS
1.5 lb Skirt steak, cut into thin stripes
Salt and pepper
2 tbs Rice flour, to coat and thicken sauce
1 Tsp Corn starch, to coat and thicken sauce
2 Tbs vegetable oil
1 Green bell pepper, cut into julienne
1 Red bell pepper cut into julienne
1 orange bell pepper , cut into julienne
1 White onion, cut into julienne
1 tbs garlic, chopped
1 tbs ginger , minced
3 Tbs Tamari sauce ( Gluten free soy )
1 Tbs balsamic vinegar
1/2 Tsp Sesame oil
1 Tsp Honey
Scallions and Cilantro to cook and garnish.

How to Make a Steak Sandwich With Onion Marmalade - Recipe in description
A classic, simple and hearty meal. Juicy rump steak, complemented with flavorful onion marmalade and cheese; if this doesn't satisfy your hunger, nothing will!
Makes 4 servings:
Preparation time: 25 minutes
4 small red onions (about 240 g)
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoons of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
3 tablespoons of red wine vinegar, pepper
4 rump steaks at around 180g salt
1-2 baguettes
Mayonnaise
Butter for frying
Remove the steaks from the refrigerator. Peel the onions, split them in half and cut into strips. Heat the oil in a small saucepan and sauté the onions until translucent. Add the sugar, salt and red wine vinegar, reduce the heat, cover and let it simmer for about 30 minutes. Season with pepper.
Season the steaks with salt and pepper. Heat some butter in a pan. Bake steaks on both sides with high heat - depending on the desired cooking level and thickness of the meat - about 2-4 min. and wrap in aluminium foil. Cut up the baguette into 4 sandwiches and cut in half lengthwise. Spread the top with mayonnaise and the bottom with onion marmalade. Cut the steaks into thin slices and arrange on the bread. Close the sandwiches and enjoy.
