Chicken (Orange Marinade)

Chicken in Orange Marinade.
Ingredients:
2 Chicken Legs (Quarter)
1/3 Cup Chipotle In Adobo Sauce or Red Chili Sauce
1 Large Orange
1 Fresh Lime
1 Tsp White Wine Vinegar
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tsp Ground Cumin
1 Tbsp Onion Flakes
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
Chili Powder, Salt, Black Pepper


Preparations:
1- Zest the orange.
2- Juice the orange.
3- Grind the cumin.
