1 pk Frozen Dough Pieces 1 1/2 c Brown Sugar 1 1/2 ts Cinnamon 1 pk Carmel/Butterscotch Pudding* Stick Margarine * Small package of pudding mix, NOT instant Sprinkle the cinnamon, brown sugar and dry pudding on top. Last of all cut the margarine into slices and cover the top. Let sit overnight and the next morning place in a 350 degree preheated oven for 30 minutes. After 15 minutes cover the top with foil. Turn out upside down on a plate. Each piece of dough will pull out separately.

Thank you for joining me! Today we make Gluten Free Overnight Coffee Cake! For ingredients we need...
2 cups Gluten Free flour with Xanthan Gum 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 cup white sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 teaspoon cinnamon 2/3 cup softened butter 1 cup sour milk 2 eggs
For the topping we need...
1/2 cup brown sugar 1 teaspoon cinnamon raisins, nuts, or coconut
- Cream butter & sugars until fluffy
- Add eggs one at a time, and beat well.
- Sift dry ingredients and spices
- Combine dry into wet and add sour milk, then mix well.
- Pour into greased pan
- Cover with topping
- Cover with plastic, place in fridge overnight. (at least 8 hours)
- Next morning preheat oven, remove plastic wrap
- Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Let cool, remove from pan.
- Enjoy!
